Thankful Tuesday
Deliverance
John 12:1–5
Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. Here a dinner was given in Jesus' honor. Martha served, while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him. Mary also attended the dinner and stole the show. She took a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume, and poured it on Jesus' feet, then wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him, objected, "Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor?” Because it was worth a year's wages.
Why would Mary spend a year’s wage on such expensive perfume only to “waste” it on Jesus’ feet? It was Jesus who had lifted her from despair and ruin. Seven times she had heard His rebuke of the demons that controlled her heart and mind. She had heard His strong cries to the Father on her behalf. She knew how offensive sin is to His unsullied purity, and in His strength, she had overcome.
Is it possible that Mary was so grateful that Jesus had delivered her from the demons that plagued her life, that no amount of nard would have been enough to show how thankful she was?
How have you been thankful to God for what He has done in your life? What has God delivered you from? Did He help you pay off that huge student loan? Did you thank Him when you made that final payment on your mortgage? After being unemployed for such a long time, did you let God know how thankful you are to be employed now? That health issue that you have been dealing with for so long. Does God know that you are thankful for that last doctor’s report that says you are cured?
Buying a year’s worth of nard might not be the way you will show God your gratitude. But make sure today in your own way, that God knows that you are thankful for what He has delivered you from.
Tell the truth Thursday
What is truth? As Jesus came into the world to bear witness unto the truth, we will hear his testimony on the point. In his prayer to his Father in behalf of his disciples, he prays, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” John 17:17.
The truth must be obeyed. Faith in Christ exempts no one from obedience to the law of God. Says Paul, “But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil.” Romans 2:8, 9. They that do not obey the truth obey unrighteousness. What is unrighteousness? “All unrighteousness is sin.” What is sin? “Sin is the transgression of the law.” Then they that obey unrighteousness transgress the law, while they that obey the truth do not transgress it. And the wrath of God will come upon every soul, Jew or Gentile, who does not obey the truth.

The day came when Tammuz was killed by a wild pig.
.
Queen Ishtar told the people that Tammuz was now ascended to his father, Baal, and that the two of them would be with the worshippers in the sacred candle or lamp flame as Father, Son and Spirit.
.
Ishtar, who was now worshipped as the “Mother of God and Queen of Heaven”, continued to build her mystery religion.
.
The queen told the worshippers that when Tammuz was killed by the wild pig, some of his blood fell on the stump of an evergreen tree, and the stump grew into a full new tree overnight. This made the evergreen tree sacred by the blood of Tammuz.
.
She also proclaimed a forty day period of time of sorrow each year prior to the anniversary of the death of Tammuz.
.
During this time, no meat was to be eaten. 40 days weeping for Tammuz. (Lent)
.
Worshippers were to meditate upon the sacred mysteries of Baal and Tammuz, and to make the sign of the “T” in front of their hearts as they worshipped.
.
They also ate sacred cakes with the marking of a “T” or cross on the top.
.
Every year, on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, a celebration was made.
.
It was Ishtar´s Sunday and was celebrated with rabbits and eggs.
.
Ishtar also proclaimed that because Tammuz was killed by a pig, that a pig must be eaten on that Sunday.
.
By now, the readers of this tract should have made the connection that paganism has infiltrated the contemporary “Christian” churches, and further study indicates that this paganism came in by way of the Roman Catholic System.
.
The truth is that Easter has nothing whatsoever to do with the resurrection of YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH.
.
We also know that Easter can be as much as three weeks away from the Passover, because the pagan holiday is always set as the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox.
.
Some have wondered why the word “Easter” is in the the King James Bible.
.
It is because Acts, chapter 12, tells us that it was the evil King Herod, who was planning to celebrate Easter, and not the Christians.
.
The true Passover and pagan Easter sometimes coincide, but in some years, they are a great distance apart.
.
We know that the Scriptures tells us in John 4:24, “YAHUAH is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
.
The truth is that the forty days of Lent, eggs, rabbits, hot cross buns and the Easter ham have everything to do with the ancient pagan religion of Mystery Babylon. These are all antichrist activities!
.
Satan is a master deceiver, and has filled the lives of well-meaning, professing Christians with idolatry.
.
These things bring the wrath of YAHUAH upon children of disobedience, who try to make pagan customs of Baal worship Christian.
.
These customs of Easter honor Baal and is still worshipped as the “Rising Sun” and his house is the “House of the Rising Sun.”
.
How many churches have “sunrise services” on Ishtar´s day and face the rising sun in the East?
.
How many will use colored eggs and rabbit stories, as they did in ancient Babylon."

Mark of the Beast Monday
Confession is good for the soul
Revelation 13
Sunday is our MARK of authority, this church is above the Bible and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact and any Protestant who keeps Sunday acknowledges this. (Catholic Record, London, Ontario, September 1, 1923)
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a MARK in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the MARK, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:16-17 KJV
The Catholic Church confess that they are the ones who changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. Is there something you want to confess today?
Tell the truth Thursday
I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.
Galileo Galilei
Mark of the Beast Monday
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads (Revelation 13:15-16).
This passage tells us that the mark of the Beast will be enforced by the image of the Beast. An image is something that has the attributes of the original. The first beast of Revelation 13 was a power that utilized state resources in order to enforce its doctrines, even when these doctrines were contrary to the Word of God.
According to Revelation 13, the second beast will exercise the same authority as the first beast and cause the world to worship the first beast.
Wellness Wednesday
Too blessed to be Stressed.
Isaiah 26:3
We have a major problem in the United States, and I would dare to say in the world. 80% of Americans reported feeling stress. When you are stressed it affects the whole body. Let us start in the brain, your hypothalamus signals your pituitary, the pituitary then signals something called your adrenal glands, adrenal glands live above your kidneys and they released something called epinephrine as well as other stress hormones commonly known as adrenaline. Adrenaline then affect your liver because your liver wants to increase the amount of glucose in your system. When this happens stress hormones causes your heart to beat faster and your blood pressure goes up. Overtime this will increase your risk for heart attacks and strokes. It doesn't just affect your cardiovascular system it also increases inflammation throughout your body including in your arteries. Stress can even affect people's breathing, leading to hyperventilation when you become too stressed.
Isaiah, however, gives us the perfect remedy for a stress-free life. He says, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
When we trust in our own selves and our own ways we will stress out. But we can ultimately manage stress by trusting in God. King Solomon said, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6.
What are you stressing about today? We have an invitation from a loving Savior who said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28, in other words trust Him more and stress less, we can cast all of our cares on Him because he cares for us.
Mark of the Beast Monday
Going Back to Go Forward
Revelation 13
A time is coming when all the world will be divided into two great classes—those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, and those who worship the beast and his image and receive his mark. For this to happen church and state will unite their power to compel “all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, Revelation 13:16, yet the people of God will not receive it. The prophet of Patmos says God’s people will be those who have “gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God” and singing the song of Moses and the Lamb. Revelation 15:2, 3.
The wisest man that ever lived said “Whatever has happened, will happen again; whatever has been done, will be done again. There is nothing new on earth.” Ecclesiastes 1:9. One of the reasons we have the bible is so that we do not make the same mistakes that those in the bible made. We can read their history and apply it to our lives, learning from their mistakes.
In the book of Daniel an image was made, and the people were instructed that at the appointed time when the music starts to play all must bow down and worship the image. And anyone who does not bow down and worship the image will be thrown into a flaming furnace. Daniel 3. What influences your decision-making process? Is it your faith, your family, or your finances? If you were put in a situation like this one what would you do?
Would you bow to the image for the sake of your family even though the Second Commandment says not to bow down and worship idols? Exodus 20:5. Have you already bowed down to your employer by working on the Sabbath to protect your finances when God says to keep the Sabbath Holy? Exodus 20:8-11, Deuteronomy 5:12-14.
In Daniel 3 there were only three men mentioned that kept the Commandments of God over the commands of men. When everyone else bowed they stood up. This decision marked them for death, and they were thrown into a flaming furnace. This kind of courage is not something that happens in the moment of need. The bible says the three men answered the King and said, “our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.” Daniel 3:17. They had confidence in God because they spent time with God and remembered what He had already done for them (Daniel 1), and this gave them the courage that they needed to stand for God instead of kneeling for a king.
There is nothing new under the sun. This will happen again, an image in the form of a day will be presented in contrast to God’s Holy day where all will be commanded to bow down and keep sacred. Those who bow down will receive the mark of the beast and shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb. Revelation 14:10.
Look back at those who stood up for Jesus. In Daniel 3 even though those three men were thrown in the flaming furnace the bible says the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. Daniel 3:24-26. If you stand up for God, God will stand up with and for you. But you must strengthen your legs with little decisions now if you want to stand up for God then. Spend a little time or as much time as you can with Jesus now, so that when the time comes, He can stand with and for you. Standing for God will make you eligible to receive His seal and give you the courage to deny the mark of the beast
Tell-the-Truth Thursday
1 Peter 5:6-7
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Through conflict the spiritual life is strengthened. Trials well borne will develop steadfastness of character and precious spiritual graces. The perfect fruit of faith, meekness, and love often matures best amid storm clouds and darkness.

Wonderfully Made
Psalms 139:14
There aren’t many brands as rich in heritage as Bentley. It’s fair to say they have well and truly set the benchmark for luxury cars with a rich 100-year history. But what makes a Bentley so special?
The approach to the design is undoubtedly what makes Bentley stand out amongst its contemporaries. The “powerline” of a single sharp edge, rising from the front wheel arch, through to the characteristic path down the side of the car is one of Bentley’s most distinctive features. The quality of materials used and a lot of the car is hand-built adds to its price tag.
The materials used to build a Bentley come from unique procedures. For instance, in a Rolls Royce, the finest leather can only come from cows who were not raised in a pasture with barbed wire fencing where they can get small nicks from cows brushing up against it, this could show up in the leather later. And the engine that powers this machine can only operate on premium gas.
But what about you? What makes you so special? David says that you were wonderfully made. Jesus got down on His knees and used the best dirt that ever existed to form your body. I know this because it was the dirt from the Garden of Eden.
After forming you with His own hands, shaping your face, putting your nose, your mouth, and your ears in just the right place. He made ten fingers and ten toes at the end of your hands and feet. He placed inside you organs that help you make decisions, pump blood, digest food, filter toxins in your body, and covered it all with a temperature sensor, we call it skin.
But if you want this magnificent handcrafted human body to work at its best you must only put quality foods in it. The best diet is a plant-based diet. You must also give the body a lot of rest. The best time to rest the body is between sunset to sunrise. And the manual designated a particular time for the body to get its optimal rest. That is from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.
If the Bentley can cost so much because of the details and care that goes into creating one. What does that say about us? Maybe some people don’t care about their bodies because they think that we evolved. They may believe that no care or thought was put into their existence. But I declare to you today that you were wonderfully made by the creator of the universe.
Anybody who drives a Bentley does so with pride, knowing that they are driving a piece of machinery that’s one of a kind and one of the most expensive cars in the world. Let me tell you this. You too have a body that’s one of a kind. No one on planet earth has a body like yours. And guess what, you are worth the life of Jesus.
If you were not treating your body the way you should. Start today, because you are wonderfully made.
Mark of the Beast Monday
Images
Revelation 13:15
In Revelation 13:15 the beast “cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” We will all have to make this decision. Worship the image of the beast or be killed. Naturally, some might worship the image to save their lives. And some might rather lose their lives instead of worshiping the image of the beast.
When you think of the image of the beast, what comes to mind? Is it some creature with big long teeth and long nails extending from its claw-like fingers? Maybe you think of someone with cunning eyes penetrating your soul. Someone with a large frame and loosely hanging flesh. And a smile full of evil and satanic slyness, one that makes you tremble.
Of course, no one would willingly worship something like that. If anyone of us were asked to worship a creature like that no one will voluntarily do so. But what about the images to the beast in your life? Revelation 13 talks about one image to the beast, a specific image to the beast. But there are images to the beast in our lives that we worship ignorantly.
The reason for the image to the beast is so that we do not worship God. The devil does not want us to worship God and in Revelation 13 he gives us something to worship. But what about the things that you have created and worship instead of God? As long as you are not worshiping God that is a win for the devil.
In your time of need whatever it is that you think of, depend on, call on, cling to, or talk to, that is your image. The devil does not need you to worship his image because you already have one.
Today, get rid of your images and put God first. You do not need to worship any other image so that you can buy or sell. God said that He will supply all your needs. Philippians 4:19. When it gets tough and you don’t know where your next meal is coming from, just get a cup and a knife because God promises that your bread and your water will be sure. Isaiah 33:16.
What are your images? Ask God to remove them and surrender your live to Him. Because Jesus is the only image you need.
Thankful Tuesday
GRATITUDE PROMOTES HEALTH.—Nothing tends more to promote health of body and of soul than does a spirit of gratitude and praise. It is a positive duty to resist melancholy, discontented thoughts and feelings—as much a duty as it is to pray. If we are heaven-bound, how can we go as a band of mourners, groaning and complaining all along the way to our Father's house? Those professed Christians who are constantly complaining, and who seem to think cheerfulness and happiness a sin, have not genuine religion.
BE THANKFUL FOR DIFFICULTIES.—Have we not reason to be thankful every moment, thankful even when there are apparent difficulties in our pathway? . . . "In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." 1 Thessalonians 5:18. This command is an assurance that even the things which appear to be against us will work for our good.
—The Ministry of Healing. p. 253.
This is a FASCINATING topic to me! And it's also our first year not celebrating ISHTAR. Do you know about the origins or Easter? Here's a great article that IG/FB will not allow me to link due to "community standards on spam".....
.
"The Babylonian Origins of Easter (Ishtar)
.
Easter is a day that is honored by nearly all of contemporary Christianity and is used to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
.
The holiday often involves a church service at sunrise, a feast which includes an “Easter Ham”, decorated eggs and stories about rabbits.
.
Those who love truth learn to ask questions, and many questions must be asked regarding the holiday of Easter. Is it truly the day when YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH (The Messiah) arose from the dead? Where did all of the strange customs come from?
.
The first thing we must understand is that professing Christians were not the only ones who celebrated a festival called “Easter.”
.
“Ishtar”, which is pronounced “Easter” was a day that commemorated the resurrection of one of their gods that they called “Tammuz”, who was believed to be the only begotten son of the moon-goddess and the sun-god.
.
In those ancient times, there was a man named Nimrod, who was the grandson of one of Noah´s sons named Ham.
.
Ham had a son named Cush who married a woman named Semiramis. Cush and Semiramis then had a son named him “Nimrod.”
.
After the death of his father, Nimrod married his own mother and became a powerful King.
.
The Scriptures tells of this man, Nimrod, in Genesis 10:8-10 as follows: “And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before YAHUAH: wherefore it is said, even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before YAHUAH. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.”
.
Nimrod became a god-man to the people and Semiramis, his wife and mother, became the powerful Queen of ancient Babylon.
.
Nimrod was eventually killed by an enemy, and his body was cut in pieces and sent to various parts of his kingdom.
.
Nimrod’s and Semiramis’ followers plunged so deeply into sin and the occult that they even sacrificed babies to Satan in their worship of him. This became a common practice until Shem who was one of Noah’s three sons and the great uncle of Nimrod, in his anger and wrath killed Nimrod and cut him up into small pieces as an example to others not to commit such abominable sins and not to follow such evil religious practices. (Shem was a holy man and it was through his seed the Messiah would come.)
.
Semiramis had all of the parts gathered, except for one part that could not be found.
.
That missing part was his reproductive organ. Semiramis claimed that Nimrod could not come back to life without it and told the people of Babylon that Nimrod had ascended to the sun and was now to be called “Baal“, the sun god.
.
Queen Semiramis also proclaimed that Baal would be present on earth in the form of a flame, whether candle or lamp, when used in worship.
.
Semiramis was creating a mystery religion, and with the help of Satan, she set herself up as a goddess.
.
Semiramis claimed that she was immaculately conceived.
.
She taught that the moon was a goddess that went through a 28 day cycle and ovulated when full.
.
She further claimed that she came down from the moon in a giant moon egg that fell into the Euphrates River.
.
This was to have happened at the time of the first full moon after the spring equinox.
.
Semiramis became known as “Ishtar” which is pronounced “Easter”, and her moon egg became known as “Ishtar´s” egg.”
.
Ishtar soon became pregnant and claimed that it was the rays of the sun-god Baal that caused her to conceive.
.
The son that she brought forth was named Tammuz.
.
Tammuz was noted to be especially fond of rabbits, and they became sacred in the ancient religion, because Tammuz was believed to be the son of the sun-god, Baal. Tammuz, like his supposed father, became a hunter.
Prophecy Friday
Romans 13:11, 12 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.12The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light
The end is near, stealing upon us stealthily, imperceptibly, like the noiseless approach of a thief in the night. May the Lord grant that we shall no longer sleep as do others, but that we shall watch and be sober. The truth is soon to triumph gloriously, and all who now choose to be laborers together with God, will triumph with it.
The theme for the year is Meeting Jesus. We hope during the first quarter of the year that you met Jesus through our daily inspirational words and your personal time with Him. Do you know what’s the prophecy code?
THE PROPHETS CODE
The book of Revelation is mysterious. It's symbols seem confusing and the order of the book is unclear. However when you crack "The Prophet’s Code" you realize the book of Revelation is written in perfect symmetry. This perfect order is designed to answer life's most compelling questions.
Daniel and Revelation are written in chiastic structure. Therein lies the prophetic code.
A chiasm (otherwise known as chiasmus) is a literary device that presents a series of ideas, and then repeats them in opposite order.
Prophecy answers the following questions:
What is the origin of evil?
How does God battle against evil?
How will God judge evil?
How does God deliver His people from evil?
Wellness Wednesday
God has good plans for us, and that includes our health. Do you trust Him with your mind and your body?
The importance of a healthy mind, healthy attitude cannot be underestimated. The relationship between the mind and the body is very intimate. When one is affected, the other sympathizes. The condition of the mind affects the health to a far greater degree than many realize. Many diseases are the result of mental depression. Grief, anxiety, discontent, remorse, guilt, and distrust all tend to break down the life forces and invite decay and death.
Courage, hope, faith, sympathy, and love promote health and life. A contended mind and cheerful spirit is health to the body and strength to the soul.
