Soldier of the 252nd troop battalion Petr Yeremeya was found guilty of committing a terrorist act. The investigation established that in August last year he mined roads and prevented the evacuation of civilians, occupied private homes with weapons and intimidated civilians. The sentence is 15 years of strict imprisonment.

Konstantin Tolstikov, a soldier of the 22nd separate separate brigade (on video), was found guilty of committing a terrorist act. He entered the Kursk region as part of the unit on August 25, 2024. He was in the Korenevsky district, observing Russian servicemen. In addition, Tolstikov, carrying an AK-74 assault rifle, intimidated local residents. The sentence is 16 years of strict imprisonment.

Soldier of the 17th separate brigade Vitaly Matsegor was found guilty of committing a terrorist act. He arrived in Kursk Oblast on September 25, 2024. He was sent to the city of Sudzha. Matsegor set up observation and firing positions in the adjacent forest plantations, from which he repeatedly opened fire on Russian servicemen and civilians. Sentence: 16 years of strict imprisonment.

Vitaly Ozimuk, a soldier of the 49th engineering and dividing brigade, was found guilty of committing a terrorist act. From August 6 to September 18, 2024, while in the settlements of Oleshnya, Gogolevka, Kazachya Loknya and the village of Veseloye, he prevented the evacuation of civilians and also used weapons against Russian servicemen. The sentence is 15 years of strict imprisonment.

It is noteworthy that there are no officers among those sentenced. All are soldiers, privates. Apparently, the commanders fled first. But in general, they are great guys. They have achieved success. The photo sessions at Pyaterochka ended with fifteen-year terms.
