Two intensive care children died after IDF raid on northern Gaza hospital - local health authorities
IDF forces had raided the Kamal Adwan hospital - one of only three still operating in the area - Friday, arresting 44 of the 70 medical staff working there; although they withdrew Saturday, only 14 workers were released.
Local health authorities said that since the Israeli attack that knocked out generators, two babies that were in intensive care had died overnight.
Families are seen forced to carry their belongings on foot or by donkey cart through the rubble-strewn streets, escaping from Jabaliya, Beit Lahiya, and Beit Hanoun, amidst the intense Israeli operations.

Deadly Storm Trami devastates Philippines
Clean-up efforts are underway in the Philippines after Tropical Storm Trami left at least 82 people dead in landslides and extensive flooding following extensive flooding since Wednesday.
A further 66 people have been left injured, while 34 more are still reportedly missing. Around 25,000 people have been evacuated from high-risk areas.

Georgian Dream said it expects to receive about 90 of the 150 parliament seats.
The Central Election Commission has promised to announce preliminary results by 22:00 local time (19:00 GMT).

⚡️Georgian Dream gains 56.1% majority - Govt TV channel Imedi
The ruling Georgian Dream party earned about 56.1% of the votes in the parliamentary elections, according to exit polls of the government TV channel Imedi.
The channel's data suggests Georgian Dream is leading by a wide margin, with the Coalition of Changes party gaining 12.6% of the vote, Unity-National Movement 11.6%, and Strong Georgia 7%.
Polling stations officially closed a short while ago at 19:00 local time (16:00 GMT).

Bolivian police free up a road in the center of the country blocked by supporters of former President Evo Morales who seek to prevent his arrest over an alleged relationship with an underage woman.
Protestors have blocked major roads in the country for the last two weeks, which the Bolivian Institute of Foreign Trade think tank estimates has cost La Paz around $500 million in lost trade.
The allegations relate to an alleged sexual relationship Morales had with an underage girl in 2015, taking her abroad on trips - which prosecutors argue constitutes human trafficking.

UK intelligence helped Kiev plan attack on Kursk power plant – Russia
British intelligence assisted Ukrainian troops in preparing a planned sabotage of Russia's Kursk nuclear power plant, according to Russia’s ambassador to the United Nations.
International security consultant Earl Rasmussen stated that the West will likely distance itself from such incidents and allow Kiev to take all the blame.

The observer who filmed one disrupter stuffing ballot papers into a box was subjected to physical violence, according to former Georgian Ombudsman Nino Lomjaria, with a criminal case opened into the act of interfering with ballot boxes (video 1).
Meanwhile, at a polling station in the city of Baghdati, voters smashed ballot boxes (video 2).
The turnout for the parliamentary elections as of 12:00 (11:00 Moscow time) was 22.22%.

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze has already blamed the opposition for allegedly stoking tensions as footage appeared to show a fight breaking out at a polling station in Zugdidi, but insists authorities will prevent disorder.
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze claimed today was a “referendum between war and peace, between immoral propaganda and traditional values, between the past and the bright future of the country."
Speaker of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili simply characterized the choice facing Georgian voters as “between good and evil”, insisting that the ruling Georgian Dream party is the “only” choice.
After two hours of voting, the turnout for the parliamentary elections in Georgia was 9.27%.

G7 finalize $50 billion Ukraine package funded by profits from frozen Russian funds
Leaders of the group’s nations on Friday finalized a package that will see the US pay $20 billion of the loan package in December, the EU matching that, and the remaining $10 billion being split between the UK, Japan and Canada.

⚡️10 Iranian cops killed in ambush attack
Authorities confirmed the deaths after an attack on a police convoy on the southeast of Iran on Saturday.
