Cardano is starting to look really interesting. It's still trading inside this ascending triangle and I expect to see a breakout soon (might have to wait until after the weekend).
But once we get that breakout and ADA closes a few 4h candles above this range, I'm probably going to ladder some longs around the 0.39 dollar level, which is currently the resistance of this triangle.

Volatile price action this morning.
Mostly led by first longs closing which caused the move down, then shorts closing which caused the move up (in white rectangles).
Overall still choppy price action overall and happy I've not been trading this actively. Pretty clear that it's just liquidity grabbing without any clear moves the past week.
FOMC tomorrow so let's see how the market reacts after that 🙂

Bitcoin is trading right at the 36,500 dollar resistance - but what's really interesting, is that BTC is doing so in the shape of an ascending triangle, a bullish pattern.
But it gets even more interesting: Not only is Bitcoin about to break out of this triangle, but today is also Saturday. This means that we might very well be about to see some volatility on this weekend as well.
Bitcoin used to have its normal volatility on weekends, but that pretty much stopped around a year ago. Getting this volatility back on weekends would, in my opinion, indicate that the market is attracting more interest again.
More volatility = more potential trades.

ETH Remains relatively weak until after the ETF I think.
These blue boxes are my main levels to watch which should be pretty clear.
I think we are going to see some crazy up days on this post ETF (assuming it's approved) and that people will be rushing to get into ETH & other alts once BTC chilled out a bit.
$2K+ ETH in the short term should be doable if BTC holds around this are and especially if it squeezes for another leg up obviously.
I will likely move some BTC into ETH if we were to head into the 0.046-0.049 region on ETH/BTC

Books super thin, takes nothing to move price currently (as it's also weekend).
If BTC doesn't reject here, which it's not doing yet, I think we could get a stab a bit higher into a reversal.
There's about half a billion in positions added here aand I think a lot of it was to take out some shorts during the weekend which it has done so.
Think this could easily turn into one of those late Sunday full retrace candles.
Anyways, glad we weren't shorting this with the CME strategy as it has just kept grinding higher.

This move is not yet suffient for me to want to trade the deviation, especially as I don't like to really short at all during these strong rallies.
If there's ever gaps made + not closed it's during these kind of rallies.

🔼 ETH Swept it's highs and now has a perpetual premium after a lot of longs entered.
Nice to see alts catching up but usually also a sign that BTC may be cooling off a bit. Clear supply around this 34.8K region and spot premium not returning yet.
Thursdays have been historically bad but BTC is on a 7 green candle streak so let's see today lol.
TradFi having a very rough time still and even though crypto has been ignoring it for the most part, I'd assume it doesn't like a full breakdown and if we do see a weak day I think that will weigh on it.
Anyways, would still love for BTC to just range between like 33-35 and for alts to outperform during the sideways chop. That would make for a fun environment. R:R on longing BTC here isn't the best I think as there's some signs of overheating.
