Another option is to use awesome miner. Lots of settings to get lost in though. Miners get auto downloaded though. Antivirus still gets uppity unless setting the miner download folder to unchecked.

Suggest using open sourced code if you are wary of viruses. Set a folder location as unchecked by your anti virus and only put that miner in that folder.

I have a question - I tried to download couple of miners and when I scan them via it shows lots of viruses. I am not IT guy, so I am afraid that these miners will harm my computer. Did you experience the same thing? What miner do you use for Ravencoin?

As a general indication use the what to mine site. Once mining I suggest updating the kawpow hashrate with your actual hashrate to get a proper indication.

I would recommend 3or4 miners. Kawpow miner is open sourced and slightly slower but gauranteed no viruses. https://github.com/RavenCommunity/kawpowminer
The others are closed sourced. T-rex. Best source imo is from their discords.
Zenemy. Discord.
Ttminer. No idea atm. Tt miner is the only one afaik that can mine directly to a wallet. So an option for larger miners rather than using a pool.

Just put the 1st paragraph up above. Suggest everyone reads it and has a think where they stand on privacy. Then decide if you support uncensorable privacy based decentralised networks or are just chasing FIAT trading profits. Both are acceptable. Just knowing why you are doing something gives you iron hands to hold value.
