I'm putting this here as I have come off of Twitter and Facebook as those companies are censoring voices. Censoring voices I do not agree with is a slippery slope. Filtering a feed by a users choice is completely different. I can choose who I want to listen to. Do NOT stop people from speaking.

Ravencoins network is decentralised as that is the best option for an uncensorable network. Adding a block subsidy adds a touch of centralisation but currently development is difficult as most quality developers are well paid to work on other projects.

The average tps is an actual reading of the transactions per sec. Normally people talk in theoretical maximum tps the chain can achieve. RVN is circa 192 tps by that logic.

Первый это инвестировать, чем занимается львинная часть населения земного шара
Второй, спекуляция на бирже крипто валют, что требует навыков
Дословное понятие стейкинг, это то когда бабки на тебя работают, в крипте наверняка это слово трактуется как доверительное управление, а это ДУ уже чистое воды разводилово, в плане выудить у тебя бабло и больше ты его никогда не увидишь

The team is a community including developers that support the idea in the whitepaper as much as possible by code.

Ravencoin has had massive support in the beginning from Medici venture who support the project by donating development and allowing their dev to work on the project. Medici want to reduce their involvement and allow this bird to fly without their input as much. Medici are offering to provide some funding to a foundation to continue the development of Ravencoin. The community need to find a way to fund the code development and ensure new code is vetted for security. New things this year are the foundation being formed and some funding being found. Several options exist. Donation based is the current arrangement. For better planning and to push ravencoins development some are proposing a block subsidy to fund core development via the foundation.
