Buldak spice substitute
So, I just found out that the extreme amount of capsaicin in the Buldak spice packs can irritate people with IBS (me haha) and since I'm so in love with this damn stuff, does anyone have an alternative recipe for the spice/sauce that is less irritating to the stomach?

What "ramen" noodle to use?
Thee are no ramen noodles in groceries where I live. I'm making a tonkotsu broth, and this time I can't make homemade noodles.
What's the best alternative? I have access to Chinese egg noodles, spaghetti and spaghettini, and instant ramen.
