Trying to find a ramen
So I had an instant ramen several years ago with no broth. I got it from an international market near me and I went today hoping to find it but it's not there anymore. It has a mayo in it and a drainage hole for the brother after the noodles are cooked. I think the package was rectangular but I can't remember completely. Help??

Looking for ideas for spelt noodles
Anyone can give me some ideas on how to make thin, round ramen noodles from spelt flour? My wife is a bit allergic to wheat flour so we completely switched to spelt instead. However, I would like to make my own noodles and I like these thin, round ones. How to?

Instant Ramen - Cup, bowl, or neither?
I’m wondering which others prefer, cup ramen, ramen coming in a bowl, or just the pack? Personally I like the bowl because the ramen is already made for that bowl which helps me not have to find a bowl that will fit a big Buldak square of dry noodles. Anyone else’s opinion would be great :)
