yes we spoke on the "PolitiFi" movement and considered it. But to be honest - I still think it's a good idea, I just might be spread too thin if I decided to do that without a proper team in place.

and my story telling ability needs some work. So figuring out how to basically say all that (my intentions/vision) in a few bullet points would be ideal.

Yes the founders (Of Metis )have written an official letter and one of the topics of that letter touched on was embracing memes and culture on Metis.

So I took that as a nod to take this idea I've had for a while now and put it into action.

My experience? Glad you asked.

Been trading crypto since 2019 and was able to open my smokeshop after catching the bottom of the bear market around this time last year (2023).

After opening my shop, I realized that making good trades didn't do it for me anymore. So instead of focusing on trading and maxing out my returns I decided to take my real life skills and see what I could do helping teams and founders in web3.

So in late 2023 I did some community management stuff and realized "holy shit, everything you've learned and experienced in life has led you to this moment".

Shortly after that, I took over a meme coin that I transitioned into a Web3 Media/Utility Project. This was to fulfil my personal mission to help on board new people to web3 and get people to explore on-chain ecosystems.

Then I got hired by Metis to be their official Lead CEG (governance) advocate. This has led me to immensely growing my network and my knowledge base about web3 as a whole, communities, and the tech itself. I still help them with CEG but now my main focus is helping run the DAO I founded, helping other teams succeed, and NOW $AFRO.

Let me respond to your previous question about my vision.....So I live in a small town now but I grew up as the only white kid in all my friend groups in inner cities around the USA. Through this expereience, I witnessed white privelidge, first hand, and I witnessed the lack of representation black and brown people have. This is even more true in Web3. So with AFROdite, one of my visions is to create a community of all colors but emphasize the fact that we accept and recognize our black and brown kings and queens in Web3.

The 5% supply we've tucked away to bring on KOLs will ONLY go to black and brown creators. Often there isn't funds and jobs reserved for specifically this group of people. So I wanted to do that as a way to give back and show mine, the communities, and Metis' commitment to inclusion. I know it sounds super woke and liberal. But ultimately, it's not. This shit is real and I wintnessed it first hand since I was a child.

An old cyrpto friend of mine, outsniped me at launch and ended up getting like 79% supply with the first buy lol

He decided to burn 50 mil tokens and has agreed to let me vest his remaining bags to him over a few months. And also give some away.

He felt hella bad.

The reason I bring this up is because I only fuck with people that are real, genuine, and here for the greater good. Of course we all wanna make money. But you can't take that shit with you. If you spend your life helping and putting other people on, you will die much happier and be remembered for the right things.

And with that in mind.....I am doing AFRO under my alias; 'Alch3mist' but most people know that I'm behind it. I'm doxxed, I show my face, some even know the phsyical address of my store lol

Not only that, but my future in web3 is too bright to do anything shady. I truly want to be here for the next 10 years MINIMUM. if not forever.

So now that the dust has settled, I'm hella pleased with the small (but strong) base we've built so far.

Metis has little to no competition with memes so it's arguably a "wide open market". The last meme to run has no community and a dead chat
