yeah this social engineering scams are usually very well planned and could happen to everyone. one time I almost get into one but because the amount was high for me i decided to wait and reach out to person the next day and it saved me lol.

Sad it happens even to experienced among us. Sorry for her loss.

One thing I noticed also is scams usually appear at peak bear markets where people desperate for opportunities... so if it sounds too good to be true or just good it's a good thing to do a double check on everything and wait for some time. Usually great opportunity in business stay great for few days/weeks and if smbd is rushing you it's always a red flag

Airdrops don't always meet expectations

According to Keyrock research, 88% of altcoins released via airdrops this year have seen their prices drop, with most collapsing within 15 days.

Of the 62 altcoin airdrops analyzed by Keyrock, only 8 yielded positive returns after 90 days, with 4 of them being Ethereum-based and 4 being Solana-based.

Cryptocurrencies continue to outperform the stock market

The digital assets sector continues to outperform the stock market this year, with BTC leading the charge, broker Canaccord said in a quarterly report.

The broker noted that the world's largest cryptocurrency finished the last quarter up around 140% year-on-year, outperforming ETH which gained about 60% and the S&P 500 stock index, which rose almost 30%, over the same period.
