jadi gini, sejak sekitar 2024 beberapa distro linux sudah memisahkan environment python dengan yang disediakan oleh package, sehingga instalasi pip ke direktori "sistem" dibatasi, dan developer disarankan menggunakan venv (virtual environment) untuk manage package mereka.
tl;dr pakai venv aj
In a sense masuk akal sih itu yang suggest bikin contract aj, karena mau diapain aj bakal bisa di reverse engineer klo orang lain yang pegang hardware nya.
Best effort nya ya mungkin kyk ibm jual appliance terima jadi terus dilockdown sampe level hardware dengan anti tamper dll.
Also, kalau lu aja gk percaya sama klien yang pakai on prem untuk gk melanggar hak intelektual lo, gmn mereka bisa percaya software yang di encrypt ini bukan malware?
Menurutku jasa yang lo jual sebaiknya bukan codingan nya, tp jasa support dan memastikan kode tersebut berjalan semestinya.

kasusnya saya jg sama, diminta PM buat ngeencrypt code karena kodenya mau dikasih ke onpremnya client
cara yg saya temuin paling
1.convert jadi pyc (bisa di decrypt)
2. pake pyarmor(lebih aman, tapi pernah liat orang di youtube ngedecrypt jg)
3. pake cython(belum coba)
jadi bisa coba antara 3 itu paling bang
pas saya cari di internet mengenai pembahasan ini sih, banyak yg kontra dan bilang "ngapain encrypt source code, sana bikin lisence dan sewa pengacara aja"

Job Description:
1. Identify the data requirements needed by each stream to be incorporated into the data warehouse.
2. Identify relevant data sources from operational and external systems.
3. Develop strategies, plans, and project timelines for data pipeline development.
4. Design appropriate data pipelines and data warehouses according to business needs, following data warehouse principles.
5. Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data availability in the data warehouse.
6. Manage data from raw data stages to a ready-to-use format.
7. Coordinate with relevant teams (data analysts, key users, software developers, infrastructure, and DevOps) to ensure data needs are met along with their priorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on data pipelines from APIs.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Experience in managing big data platforms based on databases (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Expertise in data pipeline tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, including Kimball or Data Vault modeling.
• Proficient in using Git as a source code repository and understanding Git Flow as a branching strategy.
• Ability to perform ETL/ELT from various data sources (APIs, databases, CSV files, etc.).
• Experience with application orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
*Salary : UP TO 20-30% from your last salary
