True Prabha sir. I do use 432 and it really helped me after I learnt about sound therapy. It really helped me in experiencing spiritual level. It can't be expressed in words. But it helped me to remain calm and present in my thoughts and understand what I am trying to learn

guys lolz i do this in my own way for years, there is no specific method, some times i walk and do this around nature or sit back and focus and do it,
just sit and focus your thoughts to ur third eye "centre place in between ur eyebrows"
i never took any proper meditation class or any guidance
also technically i dont meditaate much but i hear 432 oh music when im at home and try to focus on that region and concentrate for minutes
try to channel whole body parts into this place, next surroundings, next outside surroundings, next it spread so on up to india, world, system, galaxy, universe and beyond that in my imagination
first it took days later few seconds and bring all the energy out there in here, in my imagination
its what i do personally for minutes later once it is focused i try to stay in that energy zone focused on that chakra alone for few minutes and just stop.
first it was very hard ,later in seconds i bring those there and channel it easily
it widened my senses for sure and multitasking etc
memory all has improved for sure or may be its already in me i dont know
but this is how i did and recently i dint do it, may be will try to continue for sure
it also comes with severe pain, i faced too much head ache had to stop all to sleep well, took meds and pain was excruciating for days, had to visit doctor for real.
and saw differently many things"may be learned to see a few(markets and real world personal things too)"
thats when i called uncle and he explained its how third eye opens
and i was connecting too many things in my real world and it was too many info to grasp in a day
its really weird and i still feel the same. may be it never goes once started not sure,
but it heightened my senses for sure. its my personal experience there is no secret in this just sharing it, some might laugh, even i laugh about this but experience never lie so i believe in logic mostly but this is interesting for sure.

@RoyalTrader786 Uncle I still remember practicing it every day controlling my third eye,
I called u and asked about the headache
I practice this every day and talk to universe and ideas and other hints it just comes automatically
It sounds funny for some but it's real and knowledge source in different world
We have to access it and it will show us results out of no where .
It talks with us in some way too. Testa explained it scientifically many times. I started to believe after u explained this to me
