If you’re having issues with Plus not running, receiving notifications, or downloading files while the app is in the background, make sure you disable battery optimization for the Plus Messenger app.
Usually battery optimization settings for Plus Messenger are available in Android settings here: Settings - Apps - All apps - Plus Messenger - Battery - Manage battery usage. Please note: you need Android settings, not Plus Messenger settings!
But on your device it can be available in another place. Instructions to access it depends on your device manufacturer, so we can’t really assist with helping you disable it. You can try using a site like dontkillmyapp.com, or using Google and searching “[phone manufacturer] [phone model] [Android version] disable battery optimization”

Dear my supporters my account has been deleted without my permission or immedietly my account has been disappeared from all my devices that i have logged in before and when i try to my login into my account using my phone number it doesn't login to my account or doesn't ask me to put my password or other mechanisms rather it creates another new account as a new telegram user my old telegram is now appeared on when i see in my friends plus account but i can't login to it, so please help me guys please🙏
