Please check if it occurs in the official Telegram app.
If it is present in the official app, then it is not a Plus problem - please contact Telegram support by clicking here.
If the issue is not present in the official app, then
1. Try to repair Plus Messenger: /channel/plusmsgrfaq/32

This bug has come to Plus Messenger from official Telegram android app. So it can not be fixed in Plus Messenger: it should be fixed in original app.

I recently lost my phone, and someone accessed my telegram account, I can't log in with different device because they some how attached the account with their email address, and I am not getting confimation codes in to my sms. Please help

My friend's Telegram account has been compromised, and the attacker has changed both the mobile number and email address. Now, any attempt to access the app redirects the recovery request to the attacker's email. There is no option to use the original phone number linked to the account; the system only allows sending reset details to the attacker's email.
Upon selecting the "Reset Login Email" option, the system redirects to the second screenshot.
If your number is banned, you can do the following:
1. In the message about blocking tap on the "Help" button.
2. Select one of the email clients installed on your phone.
3. Send an email, the text of which is generated automatically.
If there is no configured mail client on your device, then simply copy the text generated by the application and send it as an email to recover@telegram.org
Wait for response, and keep in mind: this is not Plus Messenger issue, this is Telegram one; we are not telegram. only telegram can unban your number.
Hello guys, my downloads tends to stop midway or right before it's done downloading, I will restart it multiple times but it's still the same. I just downloaded plus and my storage has enough space also
