Wildlife in Bhutan is one of the most diverse in the region, with over 770 species of birds, 19 of which are endemic. These include the golden eagle, mountain hawk, shrike, collared bush lark, mountain peacock, yellow-billed stork, Indian pied kingfisher, snow partridge, hoopoe, white stork, crow, jay, hoopoe, falcon and the peregrine falcon. Bhutan is also famous for its strange animals such as the takin antelope, brown bear, wildcat, clouded leopard, wolf, otter, yak and of course, the yak lokhang. 🐻

This spectacular gorge is located in the coastal region of Al Sharqiyah and offers incredible natural landscapes with waterfalls, natural pools, and hidden coves. Wadi Shab is also famous for its rich flora and fauna, with numerous species of birds, reptiles, and mammals living in the surrounding area. Additionally, the canyon is known for its unique variety of plants, including Rhus, Limonium, and Pulicaria, which are only found in this part of the world. 🏜
