Business Operations & Partnerships Manager

AI-стартап в сфере adult entertainment (AI roleplay) с $120K+/мес выручки и ~10 человек в команде. Растём на рынках США/Европы, цель — 5–10× рост за год при сохранении положительной юнит-экономики.

Роль:
Ядро — операционное управление + проектная работа + внешние коммуникации. Вы разгрузите CEO для стратегии, взяв на себя «кусок непонятной работы» и доводя его до результата.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Настройка внутренних процессов: compliance, юрлица, финансы, найм
- Ведение проектов «под ключ»: от бухгалтерского софта до платёжных систем
- Переговоры с партнёрами, банками, инвесторами; фандрейзинг
- Поиск коллабораций и новых точек роста

Требования:
- Опыт самостоятельного закрытия сложных проектов в IT/digital (не по ТЗ, а с нуля)
- Реальные кейсы коммерческих сделок: партнёры, инвесторы, банки — до подписи и денег
- Умение быстро разбираться в новых доменах (юр, налоги, PSP, compliance) без наставничества
- Структурность: система управления задачами, порядок в процессах
- Английский от B2 (переговоры с США/ЕС)

Будет плюсом:
- Опыт масштабирования стартапа, фандрейзинга, работы с юнит-экономикой
- Понимание adult/grey-ниши
- Английский C1+, активное использование AI-инструментов
- Свой бизнес или опыт партнёрства в стартапе

Не требуется:
- Глубокие технические знания (программирование, ML) — для этого есть отдельная команда
