Overcoming Guilt Over Not Spending Enough Time With Your Children

While honoring different types of personal and professional commitments, many parents feel guilty of not giving enough quality time to their children. Their vibrations of guilt radiate to their children constantly. Are you a parent who feels guilty or creates panic about not spending more time with your children?

1. Your relationship with your children depends more on your thoughts, feelings and attitudes, than on the time you spend with them. If you always think - I'm not spending enough time with them, they absorb that vibrational energy and their mind slowly gets programmed as - My parents don't have time for me. This harms your relationship with them and creates emotional differences and barriers in your relationship with them. It also brings about behavioral issues in your children and their personalities get scarred, affecting their performances in different spheres of life like in their personal growth as well as education.

2. You could be with your children for 24 hours, but if your thoughts are carrying stress and anxiety or if you are mentally distracted, you cannot empower them properly and with determination. Whereas even if you are in another country and create a powerful thought - I am with my children, they are safe and happy, they feel nurtured and stable. Your thoughts full of love influence their thoughts and they feel a sense of belonging, though they are far away from you physically.

3. There can be issues at your work, in your relationships, in your health or in your finances. Be calm and strong as you resolve the issues. Your inner power radiates to your children and makes them emotionally strong. Always be mentally and emotionally how you want your children to be mentally and emotionally.

4. Include spirituality in your life daily to empower yourself and increase your inner strength. Then even if sometimes you spend only an hour with your children in a day, you will be at the highest vibrations to nourish them with peace and love and they will grow up perfectly and they will love and respect you always without any dissatisfaction in their minds.

How To Bless Yourself?

We have all experienced the power of blessings of saints, parents, teachers, family and friends, on our life. A blessing means they create pure thoughts and words of happiness, health, harmony and success for us. Their vibrations influence our state of mind, raise our vibrations and change our destiny. If someone else’s blessing can create miracles in our life, why not we bless our own self?

God bless you, All the best, May you be blessed might have been the most repeated wishes you received since childhood. You might have also travelled far and wide to seek blessings of elders, saints or someone you highly regard. Have you ever considered bestowing blessings upon yourself? We have all invoked blessings and experienced its power. By itself, a blessing doesn’t create miracles in our situations. It first creates a miracle in our mind, by shifting our mind to a high-vibrational frequency. And then our mind which has just become powerful, comes out into action to manifest the blessing into our reality. What most of us don’t realize is that we are qualified to bless ourselves (and others). Our every thought and word for ourselves can either be a blessing or the opposite of blessing. Low-energy thoughts and words of doubt, fear, failure or worry, radiate opposite of blessings for ourselves and block success. Let's shift to a vocabulary of blessings. Check and shift any low-vibration thought and word about the self in your inner and outer conversations, into a blessing. Remind yourself - I bless myself. I radiate the energy of the reality I want. My thought and word is a blessing for who I am and what I do.

How To Study God's Wisdom Everyday?

God is an Ocean of Wisdom and the Highest and most knowledgeful and powerful soul that exists. Because He is eternally bodiless and does not come in the cycle of birth and rebirth, He knows the World Drama very clearly. God shares His wisdom on Earth at the end of Kaliyug or the Iron Age, with the help of which all souls of the world get purified and the world gets transformed into Satyug or the Golden Age. Let us look at 5 tips for studying God's wisdom everyday –

1. Meditate For A Few Minutes Before Spiritual Study - When we meditate for a few minutes before listening or reading spiritual wisdom, our thoughts slow down and our concentration increases. This helps us in understanding and absorbing God's spiritual wisdom clearly.

2. Revise Your Purpose Of Studying The Wisdom - After meditating, tell yourself that God Himself is going to teach me today and also remember that this study will make me pure, perfect and full of all qualities and powers and I need to study with complete mental and physical alertness.

3. Feel A Beautiful Closeness With God While Studying - Also, remember and experience God as a loveful parent and teacher while studying His wisdom, which is full of depth and beauty. Absorb God's vibrations and His feelings behind every word. Do not only listen or read.

4. Note Down Important Points Of The Wisdom - When you study spiritual wisdom, it’s important to note down a few points of the wisdom, which you feel you want to revise in the day, think about deeply and apply in the day's actions and interactions.

5. End The Spiritual Wisdom With Thanking God - After you have finished studying spiritual wisdom, take God's sweet blessings of love, thank Him in your heart and promise Him that you will follow everything that He has taught today and will not leave His hand anytime in the day.

Overcoming The Habit Of Worry (Part 2) |

In yesterday’s message, we had explained how worry is the wrong use of the positive and constructive capacity of the mind and intellect. On the other hand, imagining possible positive outcomes or results will have a double effect of not only keeping the negative outcomes away from us (even if there is a possibility of them occurring), but will also attract the positive results towards us. But to ensure that both these processes happen, it’s important not to attach possible negative results to the same, even to the minutest extent in your mind and intellect. Otherwise, the probability of positive futures becoming a reality reduces. Worrying is another word for this attachment process. 

Worry is a type of mental habit, which arises from the belief that it’s good to worry. This belief gets acquired during our childhood. And then it keeps getting strengthened from our life experiences. We start from this belief. That attracts negative circumstances. As a result, the belief gets strengthened further, because you think that with life full of so many negative circumstances, it’s important to think of negative outcomes beforehand. You don’t realize that these negative situations occurred in the first place largely due to this belief. When we are faced with a negative situation, again we worry because we hold that belief. Again, it’s the same result. In this way, we are caught in a vicious cycle. How do we come out of this cycle? By changing this belief to – it’s not good to worry. Once we do that, there is no guarantee that negative situations will completely stop arising in our life, because we have performed negative actions in the past (either in this birth or past births), which need to be settled in our present, but the extent of negative situations will be minimized. And even if they do come, they will go away sooner, if we have a worry-free consciousness.

Overcoming The Habit Of Worry (Part 1) |

What is a good definition of worry? Worry is a process of imagining the worst possible outcome or result or future in a particular situation and creating a living and active image of it in your consciousness, and then using the energy of that negative image to flow inside your consciousness so as to completely overpower or weaken your spiritual self and as a result your physical self and to create fear in the self.

When people are asked about this process, a person who is attached to this process and is involved in the process very regularly the whole day in different types of situations, one who is a habitual worrier, responds - But it’s important to worry, it’s good to worry. If we don’t think of different possible negative outcomes, how will we prepare for them? It’s important to realize that the belief, that by worrying, we prepare for the worst in the future is a false one. This belief causes us not to realize the truth that all worry is simply an incorrect and fruitless creation. It is a wrong use of the positive, constructive and imaginative capacity of our mind and intellect which, instead of empowering the mind and intellect, weakens it. Preparing for the future is important and necessary, but very often while doing that, we start worrying, which leaves us, defeated or weakened. There is an extremely fine line between necessary preparation in advance on the one hand and worry on the other. This preparation can be done without creating an excessive number of possible negative outcomes or results in the mind.

A New Journey With A New Personality (Part 2)

Famous personalities are constantly sought after, in demand and remembered by many due to their specialties, may they be actors, gurus, sportsmen, politicians, founders of religions etc. Even in our daily lives, we tend to remember people with more specialties much more than the rest. God is the most complete and perfect personality that exists, but not a physical personality, a spiritual one. There is no one who is more specialty and virtue-filled than him. That is the reason he is an entity or living energy or personality who is remembered the most by each and everyone all over the world.

The above types of personalities mentioned are physical personalities and are remembered by some or many but not remembered by the rest and along with their specialties, they definitely have shortcomings. Also, you might find it difficult getting to meet them even for a few minutes. God is one personality without any weaknesses and he is my constant friend, once I start my journey. He is one who, although being the highest personality, can be available to thousands making a similar journey at the same time, not because he is omnipresent (present everywhere) but because he is omnipotent (the most powerful) and the only being possessing this capability. So, a specialty of this journey is that the more I progress on it and the more time I spend with this new personality accompanying me in my new journey, I constantly see new facets of this new personality being revealed in my life, which keeps the journey constantly refreshing. This also keeps me wondering what is going to be revealed next. So, once this journey of exploration and discovery has started, there's no reason to stop even for a second and there is immense amount of motivation to continue and keep smiling!

A New Journey With A New Personality (Part 1)

Anyone who shows an inclination in getting to know the Supreme Being closely has a fascinating journey in front of them. Spiritual knowledge is the vehicle in which I make this extremely interesting journey full of exploration. Without sitting in the vehicle, I cannot make the journey. As I sit in this vehicle, I am introduced to this new, multi-faced, peaceful, loveful and blissful character in my life, a character who is spiritually rich with treasures of knowledge, virtues, powers, happiness and blessings, a character commonly called God, by everyone.

He is a character who introduces himself as being just a point of conscient light, a form very simple and plain. Yet, hidden beneath that simple light, incognito form is an immense volume of experience, wisdom and depth, such that even a lifetime spent in this journey, in his company, does not bring you to knowing him completely. The more you dive into the ocean of knowledge contained within the light, the more you discover and the more treasures of knowledge and experiences you receive. Every time you make contact with this new found companion called God, there is growth inside you and there is an increase of peace, love, happiness and power inside you. It's just as if after you've begun this journey, you're never quite the same again. However much time you spend in his company during the journey, whether it be in imbibing knowledge from him or remembering him during meditation or even sharing the benefits of this journey to other friends and relatives so that they can also start this journey themselves and experience what you are experiencing; whether you do either of these for a few minutes or an hour, there's always an experience of subtle growth and development inside you.

The Journey Of Purpose

All of us, at some point of time, in fact almost right through our life, keep different types of long term or short term goals - personal goals, professional, financial, social, relationship goals; goals related to physical well being and health, spiritual goals etc. Sometimes we are not even aware ourselves, but we are passing through the journey of life with some purpose or the other at all times, the purpose may be a higher purpose or something connected to our day-to-day living.

Whatever actions we perform then, our aimed at fulfilling this purpose. Also these actions are full of lots of expectations, the expectations of achieving some results. These results which we desire or expect arrive at times and sometimes they don't. If they don't, which is a very common aspect of any such journey of purpose; they generate emotions of worry inside us. Even if the results are achieved, the nature of journey, prior to those results is stressful as compared to a journey which is purpose filled but expectation free, which some might argue is not possible. Worry and stress not only harm the spiritual and emotional self but even our physical body and relationships, making the journey difficult and tiring. It is not incorrect to be action oriented and having some clear objectives in progressing towards our purpose, but we need to be capable of aiming ourselves at our dreams without becoming date conscious and the expectation of them being fulfilled now, or on a specific date, in a particular way or form. If not, we live in a tomorrow consciousness and tend to get upset or discouraged easily and we don't enjoy today. It is not incorrect to be happy when we achieve something, but if our happiness is dependent on our achievements, we will always delay it. Happiness is not later, it is always now. It is commonly said - Happiness is a journey, not a destination. Here we say – Happiness is not only in reaching your purpose, your destination, but also in the journey of purpose. Also, it’s important to note that a carefree and detached intellect will always attract positive circumstances which serve as bridges in reaching one's purpose, much more, as compared to a worried intellect.

Identify The Filters In Your Life

Like different types and different colour filters on a physical level; on a spiritual level, there are many different types of filters that work in our lives e.g. the jealousy filter, hatred filter, attachment filter, fear filter, greed filter, etc. and many more. Due to these filters, we do not see people and things as they are, but as we are, because the filters are our own self-created ones. If we want to see people and things as they are, we need to check which filters are working most in our lives. Each one of us has different filters working to different extents, depending on our personality e.g. someone might have the jealousy filter working more regularly as compared to the fear filter in his/her life.

Because of these filters, everything that we see is not only coloured by the colour of the filter we are using at that time, but our look is also biased as we choose what to see, what to give more importance, what to be affected by more, what to let through the filter etc. and what not to. We have and form a deceptive vision of the things and people that surround us inside our minds. And the longer this deformed vision lasts, the more we will convince ourself that that is the true image of the world, because our filters continue to process new data depending on what they see that make the image stronger. This reinforcing of the incorrect image builds up our database of incorrect beliefs based on different filters and makes them stronger and stronger as we go through our life journey. Beliefs are fixed ways of looking at reality. Thus, the world that we perceive is no longer the real world, but a world created by our own mind. So in a way we become deaf and blind on a spiritual level towards the world. To heal this deafness and blindness, we do not have to remove each filter one after the other, which may become a difficult task; but we have to discover the pure, original internal self and start seeing everything without the filters, based on the pure-self point of view. As a result of that, gradually our incorrect beliefs start dissolving and correct beliefs start setting in based on our clean unfiltered view.

Create Success Inside And Outside

If you introspect today on how successful you are, what factors would you look at – is it your achievements, possessions and positions? ...Or do you count your inherent good qualities and virtues? We always look for opportunities for success outside. But success is about who I, the being am, and not just about my doing. Each time we use our qualities of peace, love and happiness, we are successful. Each time we co-operate, show kindness or build a beautiful relationship, we are successful. Let’s not label the self as a failure just because we could not achieve something. Regret, dissatisfaction, fear and blame are barriers to success. Moreover, the brain and the body will accept it as our reality and failures repeat. When we are successful internally, we will be able to think, speak and behave right. Our inner energy matches our desires and creates physical success outside. Start believing and saying, I am a powerful being. I can do anything I choose to do. My success is certain.

We all have our own beliefs and definitions about the term success. Many of us pursued success because we thought it would give happiness, since we have always searched for happiness in our achievements. So, we said I want to be a successful corporate professional, I will consider myself successful when I will have x amount in my account…. We looked at success in terms of what we possessed - qualification, designation, relationships, physical health, social status, recognition, bank balance, property and so on. One aspect of our success is outside in our actions and there is one more aspect of success which is within us, in our feelings – success in terms of our emotional stability, emotional comfort, happiness and contentment. If we are successful outside, it is not necessary that we will be happy inside too. But when we are happy, we will always be contented. This energy will help us to be successful outside. So today, let go of any limiting beliefs you have about your ability to do well. Your optimistic views and inner energy will attract people and circumstances that are conducive to create success.

Basic Principles Of True Success

Sometimes when we don’t achieve our goals, we say - I was not successful, I failed. Calling yourself a failure is unfair to yourself. Start seeing yourself as truly successful always. When we don't achieve what we planned to, we label ourselves as failures. We need to understand the essence of success.

1. Success is not about what you do, success is first who you are. It is about I- the being, the energy which thinks, feels, speaks, behaves, comes into action, completes every task and achieves goals. Success begins with I the being, not the doing. 

2. If you are unhappy, disturbed, agitated or egoistic, and yet you fulfil your desires in the outer world, can you call yourself successful? It is not possible because you are not happy with who you are.

3. Remember that you are successful when you are happy, caring and kind. You are successful if you connect to people irrespective of their achievements, position or age. You are successful if you share what you know and cooperate with others. 

4. When you the being are successful and then come into action in the outer world, you enjoy your achievements. Even if you don't get what you wanted, remember you are still successful, just that achievement is pending for now. You will have the energy to retry and achieve.

Making The Earth Beautiful And Pure

The Earth is a sacred space given to us by nature to stay on and make beautiful at every step. We radiate the energy from our inner consciousness every second to this planet, on which life exists in its fullest beauty. The higher the quality of our thoughts and feelings, the more we contribute in donating positivity and purity to the Earth. Let us create a few affirmations and remember them again and again everyday for achieving this purpose -

1. I am a pure soul with a beautiful mind and heart ... I think nice and positive for myself and for everyone and everything around me ... My vibrations radiate to every element of nature, every life form and all plants and vegetation ... They all become filled with peace, love and happiness ...

2. I am a powerful soul filled with all spiritual powers ... I radiate strength to everything on Earth and revive its original richness ... Every flower blossoms, every animal feels fulfilled, all mountains and oceans overflow with abundance, every soil particle creates natural beauty ...

3. I connect with God, the spiritual seed of the World Tree ... He fills me with all His specialties ... I radiate all these specialties through my eyes to everything I see on Earth today ... I smile at the Earth and thank it ... The Earth smiles back at me and thanks me ...

4. I take every step on Earth today with a positive consciousness of care and concern ... My spiritual energy flows to Earth from my feet and feeds the Earth with spiritual sustenance and blessings ... The Earth revives again to become as clean, pure and beautiful as it was in the beginning ...

Know Your Strengths And Weaknesses

We know the value of being self-aware and having a clear idea of our strengths and weaknesses. It helps understand how we relate with the world, why we behave in certain ways, and what aspects of our personality need changes. But often, we struggle to identify our own strengths and weaknesses, but can quickly point out positives and negatives in the people we are close to, people we hardly know, or even the people we dislike.

1. In a world that is quick to judge and analyze other people, how often do we do the little exercise of checking our own personal strengths and weaknesses? Do you know your qualities? Have you experimented how it gives you an idea of how to improve yourself?

2. We don’t spend enough time looking at ourselves. Today, listing 5 of our own strengths and weaknesses takes us longer, but we instantly state those of family members or friends. Knowing others or wanting them to change is of no use, they are not in our control. The only person we can change is ourselves.

3. Spend 5 minutes every morning with yourself. Reflect on your thoughts and behaviors that feel comfortable, radiate right energy and bring right results. Those are your strengths. Nurture that quality. On the contrary, any vibration that feels uncomfortable is a weakness. You can work on overcoming it.

4. Developing a beautiful relationship with the self and knowing your strengths and weaknesses helps you improve constantly. Remind yourself - I know myself. I use my beautiful qualities always and with everyone. I'm aware of my weaknesses and am ready to change.
