Few of such thingss are:
1. Shares in a valuable company
2. Bonds
3. Precious metals/natural resources (e.g., Gold)
4. Real estate (e.g., Land)
5. Copyrights / Patents (to a creative work or invention)
6. Cryptocurrency (but with caution).
