Details: A fun fitness trail loop that takes about 1 hour to walk if you do the exercises listed along the way! A great way to start your day, and to start getting active after the long winter!❄️
*Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather on the day of the event, as it is fully outside.* Parking is free!
— Feel free to bring your dog!🐕🦺
— If you want to bring a partial suit, we will be taking a group photo 📸 at the start of the trail. We do not recommend you hike in suit!!❌

Salem, MA Fursuiting Meet!
When: Sunday, 4/23/23, 1 PM - 3:30 PMish
Where: Salem, MA - DM @Dapper0331 for address and to RSVP
Age Restriction: 18+
Let’s do some suiting in Salem, MA! This will be an outdoor meet at a park. Essex Street is nearby, which has a pedestrian walkway that’s also good for suiting. Afterward we can get food at Flying Saucer Pizza Co. or another restaurant.
No cost to attend, but we’ll each by buying our own food/drink.
There’s no changing area, so I recommend wearing a partial if you’re gonna suit.
In the event of rain, we’ll do an indoor mini golf meet in Peabody. I’ll give as much notice as possible if we end up changing venues.
All attendees must be 18+ and must RSVP with @Dapper0331 by Thursday 4/20.
I’ll probably cap attendance at 10 if necessary.

The Rhode Island Furs shall be participating in the ALS Association's RI Chapter's "Walk to Defeat ALS" on Sunday, September 11, at Pariseau Field next to McCoy Stadium (1 Columbus Ave.) in Pawtucket. Check-ins will begin at 10 a.m., but we should arrive earlier, probably closer to 9. The walk itself starts at 11.
We are doing this in memory of a furry from California, Tony "Dogbomb" Barrett, who passed away in 2019. A team donation page has been set up. If you intend to participate in the walk, you must register as a member of the team. After that, you can hit up your friends and family to raise money under your name. Please spread the word on social media. The current fundraising goal is $500 with the chance for it to get much higher.
