Danvers Furbowl! 🎳
When: Sunday, April 7th at 12:30 PM

Cost: $15 to bowl
Time for a furbowl, y’all! This location features candlepin bowling (the skinny pins) and a small game room.
Fursuits are allowed! I strongly encourage bringing a partial if you’re gonna suit, as I can’t guarantee a changing area. All suits and attire must be SFW, as this is a family-friendly establishment. Please wear bowling shoes while bowling.
If you’ll be bowling, the cost is $15 via Venmo, Paypal or cash. This covers the shoes and 2 games of bowling. If we end up playing additional games, I’ll ask people to reimburse me for those (it’s $6 per game).
If you don’t want to bowl but still want to attend and just hang out, that’s fine as well 12

🚞Cog railway mount Washington NH 🚞
Location: 3168 Base Station Road Mount Washington, NH 03589
Time: 9:45 AM Sunday November 19th.
Price: 50$ for ticket.
Details: Come enjoy the scenic view of Mount Washington on the steepest rail line in the USA. Try to arrive at the base station for 9:45. The train leaves at 10:15. This is a non suiting meet. Tails and ears should be fine.

Beverly Pottery Painting Meet!
When: Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 12 PM
Where: Beverly, MA – DM @Dapper0331 for address and to RSVP
Age Restriction: 18+
Let’s paint some pottery in Beverly! The location is a paint-your-own-pottery studio. They have a large selection of premade pieces to choose from (including a bunch of cute animal ones ), plus lots of colors, stamps and stencils.
We’ll each be paying for our own pottery. Pieces start at $10. There is also a studio fee of $5 for the first hour and $2.50 for each additional hour. I recommend picking a small piece that you can finish painting in 2-3 hours.
Note that if you want them to bake your pottery to give it that nice shine, you’ll have to make a return trip to pick it up. They’ll contact you when it’s ready, usually in 7-10 days.
This is a non-suiting meet. Badges, ears, and small tails are fine.

Salem Mini Golf Meet!
When: Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 12 PM

Age Restriction: 18+
Who’s up for some mini golf in Salem?! This spot also has go-karts, a driving range and ice cream.
We’ll each be paying for our own games. Prices:
Go-Karts: $11 per ride (7-8 laps)
Mini-Golf: $14
Driving Range: $12 per bucket
There’s also a $26 daily special that includes 1 go-kart ride, 1 round of mini golf and 1 large ice cream.
Fursuits are allowed, but partials and SFW attire only. Also, please remove your fursuit head if you ride the go-karts or do the driving range.
In the event of rain, we’ll do a board game meet at The Castle in Beverly.

Let’s play some games in Peabody! The location is an arcade which also has food, laser tag, a climbing wall and a ropes course.
We’ll each be paying for our own food and games. Prices:
Laser Tag: $12 for two 6-minute games
Rock Wall: $12 to climb all 3 sides
Ropes Course: $12 per person
Arcade Games: Website doesn’t say. You can buy credits for all games and attractions. $1 buys 4 credits.
This will be a non-suiting meet, but badges / small tails / ears are fine.

Let’s do some suiting in Salem, MA! This will be an outdoor meet at a park. Essex Street is nearby, which has a pedestrian walkway that’s good for suiting. Afterward we can get food at Flying Saucer Pizza Co. or another restaurant.
Fursuits encouraged, but not required
No cost to attend, but we’ll each by buying our own food/drink
There’s no changing area, so I recommend wearing a partial if you’re gonna suit.
All attendees must be 18+ and must RSVP with @Dapper0331 before the meet.
In the event of adverse weather, we’ll do a movie meet at AMC Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, MA.
I may cap attendance depending on how many people RSVP.

Due to incelement weather, the Salem meet on Sunday will now be at AMC Liberty Tree in Danvers. We’ll meet in the theater lobby at 1:10 PM and see Elemental at 1:30
This will be a non-suiting event (small accessories like ears/tails should be OK, and feel free to wear your badge).
Tickets are $10.09 before tax. I’ll get the tickets and ask attendees to reimburse me on Venmo/Paypal or with cash.

It’s Picnic Season! The annual Pet Picnic has been set for Saturday 15-July-2023 at Castle Island from 12-3 PM. Come join us for an afternoon of food and fun.
Castle Island is an outdoor public space, please dress appropriately, light gear as a harness or collar is ok. Bring your hood, we will take some group photos.
Food Provided is Burgers and Dogs, chips and water. Attendees are encouraged to bring potluck items, ie nibbles, salads, desserts. Please make sure anything you bring the ingredients are known for allergies
NO ALCOHOL is allowed anywhere in the park, rangers patrol regularly. There is a swimming beach on site, so bring swimming gear if you want.

Come hang out with your favorite local furry pals at Aeronaut Brewery, a craft brewery in Somerville! This NON-SUITING event is 21+ due to location. Please be sure to bring an ID, as they do check them at the door.
We will have tables specifically reserved for us, typically in the back - when you walk in, take a left to find our area!
Food options:
The brewery itself does not serve food, but their space is home to Venezuelan food spot Carolicious - their stuff is great! You are also welcome to bring your own food in or have delivery brought to the brewery itself. There are many good choices locally!
Parking:
is FREE and located in the L-shaped Ames Business Park lot on TYLER STREET by the brewery!

The brewery is located fairly close to the new Union Square stop on the Green Line! It is also on the 87 bus line, which can be taken from Porter Square. You will want to get off at the Somerville Ave and Loring Street stop.

Let’s see the new Studio Ghibli anime movie The Boy and the Heron! It’s directed by the legendary Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, etc.) Afterward we can get food at Buffalo Wild Wings, which is right down the hall.
Showtimes haven’t been announced for 12/17 yet, but it will probably be 4 PM. I’ll make another announcement when I have the time.
We’ll each be paying for our own tickets and food. I’ll buy the tickets ahead of time and then ask everyone to reimburse me via Venmo, Paypal or cash. Please RSVP by Sunday 12/10 if possible so I can buy the tickets in advance.

We can wear fursuits, partials recommended because if I remember correctly there is no changing areas. Please remember to bring money as there are plenty of fun things to buy, eat, and do that I have not listed. If you’re going to have one person pay for multiple people please find a way to pay them back, if that person turns out to be me I use PayPal but will accept an equivalent amount in commissionable art. We will be trying to get some photos for fall during this meet!

Hey peeps!! I have finalized a day for the meet up in Davis! It’ll be the 23rd on a Sunday (it’s two weeks away bc I have dog in the house this week and next week! If you have yet to check it out I suggest you do it’s based in Somerville on Kensington ave just a little furry shop I do it’ll be open today and the 9th and from there every other Sunday!!!!)

🏕️Pawtuckaway Camping-Meet 🏕️
When: Saturday May 20th into Sunday May 21st.
Where: Camping at Pawtuckaway State Park.
128 Mountain Road,
Nottingham NH 03290.
Parking: 2 cars per spot. Any extra cars have to sit at visitor lots so it is highly encouraged to carpool.

You can choose “book campsite” or “day pass”.
Miko is at campsite #166.
What: We will camp, relax around the campfire and eat Saturday night.
— For the Potluck: bring your favorite campfire grill-able food and stories! We can go out for breakfast or fire up the campfires again Sunday morning. We will choose which trail we want to hike and 📸 post our adventure to the North East Furs’ Telegram group chat!
— If you choose to camp DM @mikovedmochka which site number you picked. New to camping? Let Miko know! She may have extra gear you can borrow.
— If you choose to meet up with us at the trail, the trail head location and time we meet there will be posted in Telegram. If we have more energy, we can also head over to 🎳Striker’s East🎳 in Raymond NH for bowling and food before heading home.
— If the hiking part of the meet gets rained out we will just meet at Striker’s East on Sunday at 5pm instead. 🌧️
