A successful meeting between Global Swiss Learning and MDIS Tashkent
On March 15, 2024, an effective meeting with representatives of Global Swiss Learning was held at MDIS Tashkent.
This meeting created a basis for discussing the possibilities of cooperation in the field of education. The main areas of discussion were focused on such areas as the promotion of exchange education programmes, the development of joint educational programmes, and the study of potential areas of cooperation.
It is worth noting that the two sides noted the importance of creating opportunities for students to use international education, supporting innovations in the field of education, and the future prospects of cooperation.

Bahor va tabiat uyg‘onishining timsoli, sharqona yangi yilning boshlanishi bo‘lgan Navro‘zi olamni baland ruh va katta shodiyona bilan nishonlash azal-azaldan el-yurtimiz uchun go‘zal an’ana hisoblanadi. Navro‘zi olamning ruhi va falsafasida mujassam bo‘lgan yaxshilik va bag‘rikenglik, ahillik va hamjihatlik atrof-muhitni ko‘z qorachig‘idek asrab-avaylash kabi olijanob g‘oyalar Yangi O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan tarixiy o‘zgarishlarning maqsad va mazmuniga to‘la hamohangdir.
Joriy yilning 18-mart kuni Toshkent shahridagi Singapur menejmentni rivojlantirish institutida Navro‘z umumxalq bayrami munosabati bilan Navro‘z sayli bo‘lib o‘tdi. Mahalla faollari, nuroniylar, talabalar hamda xodimlar ishtirokida tashkil etilgan tadbir ko‘tarinki ruh va yuqori saviyada bo‘lib o‘tdi.
Bayram tadbiri doirasida tashkil etilgan konsertda yurtimizning taniqli san’atkorlari, folklor ansambli hamda O‘zbekiston Davlat san’at va madaniyat institutining ijodkorlari ishtirok etishdi. Unda ijro etilgan sahna ko‘rinishlari va musiqiy dasturlar bayram mehmonlariga quvonch hamda bahoriy kayfiyat ulashdi. Shuningdek, sport musobaqalari ham bo‘lib o'tdi. Qatnashchilar sportning shaxmat, shashka va stol tennis yo‘nalishlarida qizg‘in bahs olib borishdi. G‘oliblar esa qimmatli sovg‘alar bilan taqdirlanishdi.
Sayl doirasida doshqozonlarda sumalak, osh kabi sevimli, milliy taomlarimiz tayyorlanib mehmonlarga tortiq qilindi. Ta'kidalash joizki xalqimizning ko‘p asrlik ezgu qadriyatlarini, uning orzu-intilishlarini o‘zida mujassam etgan ushbu qutlug‘ ayyom mustaqillik yillarida mamlakatimizda yashayotgan turli millat va elatlarga mansub barcha vatandoshlarimiz uchun umumxalq bayramiga aylandi desak mubolag'a bo'lmaydi.

"Economics, management, and digital innovation in education: modern trends and approaches"
On March 13, 2024, an international scientific-practical conference on "Economics, management, and digital innovations in education: modern trends and approaches" was held.
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and professors, lecturers, practitioners and researchers from MDIS Tashkent, Tashkent State University of Economics, the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizomi, the international scientific journal "Science and Innovation", and the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbekistan named after Qori Niyozi. Over three hundred articles were submitted, of which about 30 were sent by foreign researchers.
It is worth noting that the suggestions and recommendations presented in the materials of the international conference are important for improving the economy of our country, developing science, reforming the education sector, and providing comprehensive support for scientific and innovative activities.

Master Class from the HBS team
On February 29, 2024, a meeting with the representatives of the HBS Academy was held at MDIS Tashkent.
The activity of the academy covers areas such as finance, fund management, and crypto markets. It has been operating in the stock and crypto markets for 4 years. The HBS company was founded in Dubai and currently has branches in Tashkent. It has also established cooperation with Cyber Park, UIC, Najot Education, C-Space and El Makon abroad, ByBit, 7luxury car rental, F&C real estate, and Al Najm Electronics companies.
Also, at the meeting, it was agreed to establish cooperation and organize HBS Academy courses at MDIS Tashkent.

Joriy yilning 18-mart kuni Toshkent shahridagi Singapur menejmentni rivojlantirish instituti Turizm va mehmondo'stlik maktabi o'qituvchilari va Biznes va turizmni rivojlantirish innovatsion markazi xodimlari tomonidan Toshkent viloyatining Bo'stonliq tumanida joylashgan "Archazor" tog' dam olish maskanida tuman turizm va mehmondo'stlik mutaxassislari uchun malaka oshirish seminar-treningi o'tkazildi.
Trening F&B yo'nalishida yuqori malakali xorijiy ekspert Yahya Halawani ishtirokida bo'lib o'tdi. Treningda restoran ishi va ushbu sohadagi talablar va zamonaviy trendlar haqida fikr almashildi. A professional training seminar was held for tourism and hospitality specialists
On March 18, 2024, the teachers of MDIS Tashkent School of Tourism and Hospitality and the employees of the Business and Tourism Development Innovation Centre organised a regional tourism and hospitality event in the mountain resort "Archazor," located in the Bostonliq district of the Tashkent region.
The training was held with the participation of Mr. Yahya Halawani, a highly qualified foreign expert in F&B. At the training, ideas were shared about restaurant work, requirements, and modern trends in this field. Also, experts highly appreciated the fact that training through seminars is an incentive for effective work in practice.

Joy of the Navruz holiday
Celebrating Navruz, the symbol of spring and the awakening of nature, the beginning of the oriental new year, with a high spirit and great joy, has been a beautiful tradition for our country since time immemorial.
Goodness and tolerance, tranquilly, and harmony embodied in the spirit and philosophy of the Navruz world, such noble ideas as preserving the environment as the apple of an eye, are the goals and meaning of the historical changes being implemented in New Uzbekistan.
On March 18th, 2024, the Navruz festival was held in connection with the Navruz national holiday at MDIS Tashkent. The event, organised with the participation of neighbourhood activists, intellectuals, students, and employees, was held in high spirits and at a high level.
Famous artists, folklore ensembles, and creators of the State Institute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan took part in the concert organised as part of the festive event. The musical programme performed there brought joy and a spring mood to the guests of the holiday.
Sports competitions were also held. The participants had an intense competition in chess, checkers, and table tennis. The winners were awarded with valuable prizes.
Our favorite national dishes, such as sumak and pilaf, were prepared and served to the guests as part of the event. It is worth noting that it is no exaggeration to say that this auspicious day, which embodies the centuries-old noble values and aspirations of our people, has become a national holiday for all our compatriots of different nationalities and peoples living in our country during the years of independence.

MDIS Tashkent hosted an International Women's Day celebration on March 7, 2024. The institute's cover club started the event with a performance to honour female employees and students. The attendees of the event conveyed their appreciation to women for bringing love and beauty into our lives.
Additionally, our gifted students' theatrical and musical performances were showcased at a concert in the institute's conference hall.The event's congratulations and heartfelt wishes helped to make everyone happy, grateful, and smiling.

The professional futsal team, BMB PFC, at MDIS Tashkent ⚽️
The professional futsal team at MDIS Tashkent represents excellence in the sport and embodies the values of teamwork, dedication, and integrity.
In 2021, the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan started participating in the 1st league futsal competitions, became the champion, and qualified for the Oliy League.
In the 2022–2023 season of the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan, they won the title of Champion of Uzbekistan with 31 wins and 1 draw.
The team's successes are not only reflected in their impressive winning record but also in their ability to inspire our students and unite the entire institute community.

"Hotel Business Forum 2024": training personnel in hospitality
On March 1, 2024, the second day of the international forum "Hotel Business Forum-2024" came to an end. The event brought together more than 400 leading experts in hotel business, tourism, and related fields from the USA, Russia, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia.
In the third session on "Investment in personnel: a catalyst for the development of the hospitality sector," the renowned experts discussed the issues of personnel training in the tourism and hospitality sectors, technological innovations, and digital transformation in the hotel business. Also, there was an exhibition of new technologies, services, and products of partner companies, where MDIS Tashkent was also represented.
It is worth noting that by investing in human resources and actively developing our country's tourism sector, we may achieve greater success in the years ahead.

Parkent tumanining namunali yuqori sinf o'quvchilari uchun tashkil etilgan ochiq davra suhbatida TSMRI vakillari tomonidan institut faoliyati hamda turizm va mehmondo'stlik sohasi haqida taqdimot o'tkazildi. O'quvchilar ushbu yo'nalishda o'zlarini qiziqtirgan savollarga javob olishdi.

MDIS Tashkent is on the way to developing tourism
On February 29, 2024, representatives of MDIS Tashkent visited the 1st specialised state general school of the Parkent district of the Tashkent region.
At an open roundtable discussion organized for exemplary high school students of Parkent district, MDIS Tashkent representatives made a presentation about the activities of the institute and the field of tourism and hospitality.
It should be noted that the presentation aroused high interest among the students and served as a practical programme to increase tourism potential in the future.
