"No" is not clickable! I had to wait until 1 minute ends to not loose the part I've laready recoreded

A bit more info to reproduce: I hit cmd+r and swhitch to anoter window (cmd+tab). After that I move the focus back to the telegram window by clicking in orbitrary empty space. The dialog appears, but both buttons was disabled. With some manipulations with esc and random clicking I force the dialog to hide, but still there was no reaction on Send button or Enter
