I've tried to reupload it, so it is Telegram, but I'm not sure - its the macOS client that puts wrong dimensions to the uploaded video, or it is processed on backend

And also, it is side-rotated. In a local player the video appears normal

slowmode timing is a bit off for writebar

you will have a server error if you hit send right after "gradient" timer disappears, because it takes approx 300-500ms to actually end the slowmode timer (as can be seen on the hint)

It'd be great, the full screen media viewer is very disruptive, when I am on videocalls I'm forced to use the screen share each time instead of the window share because of this...
