Redundant Downloads
(Increase User's Network Traffic Bill by download videos in EVERY play)
Steps:
- click on the left-top of a video to start the download process.
- after downloading successfully click on the video itself to play.
- You'll see the stream progress bar is starting to download it again! (Unexpected behaviour)
- Righ click on the video and click on "Save Video"
- You'll see telegram will start to download it AGAIN with download manager altough it has downloaded it already! (Unexpected behaviour)
- Even if you start the video stream once and progress bar goes to the end (Download completes) when you play again it will try to downoad again!
This bug is so annoying and will multiply user's network traffic fee.
p.s. This bug Persists on the Appstore and Stable Version too. (11.5.269855)

then all is ok as cmd + 9 will go to ‘All Chats’
I can't do cmd + number as I have 9 groups and cmd + 0 is saved messages

Hey 👋 I think i found a bug in Telegram. Since 11.4 I cannot type any longer emojis and have the suggestion. Downgrading to 11.3.1 fixed the issue. Where is the appropriate place to submit these kind of things?

I think the countdown animation should be reversed. When counting down from N to zero, the numbers should drop from top to bottom.

1. is it OK that telegram video "optimization" cuts down FPS from 30 FPS to 15 FPS even in "720p" mode?
2. there is no "original" option in quality settings on both macOS and iOS that is present on Android (example - /channel/vkxci/1420)

When quote a post from channel and send an emoji (which was converted to animated one automatically), quote has no background and really narrow field (window is wide enough)
The problematic quote was sent from iOS client.
I'll send an example below (I sent it from macOS client and it didn't reproduce exaclty; but narrow field is also present)
