I have a folder with 100 chats. When I tried to add a new chat to this folder I recieved the dialog with message that I can't do it and then this folder was erased with only the new chat left. Terrible bug 😢

You can’t do this by yourself. Your channel has to be flagged as inappropriate by the system.
What you can do is to send the media as spoiler.
