I did macOS Telegram update 11.8.271343 Stable the other day and ever since I did the update everybody in video chat is reporting back that any video I stream regardless of where it’s from is blurry. My cache is cleared, I’m hooked up to ethernet, I rebooted, nothing‘s working.

Am I the only one who experienced read notifications not going away? Basically if I get un unread message, I open Telegram read it, the notification is still in the notification center.

i think telegram uses the "short" string and you can't customize that via gui anymore

UPD: well, it won't help to change the time format in the online status (even after os reboot and app restart) <- apparently this is a #bug (latest stable)

There is also no way to choose which photo/video will be under the spoiler

the app respects the system time format
do this defaults write -g AppleICUTimeFormatStrings -dict 1 'H:mm:ss' and restart telegram
there used to be an interface for customizing it in system preferences but they removed it when they introduced the new settings app in ventura
Telegram won't respect "do not disturb" mode (or others focus modes), and plays notification sound

Steps to reproduce
From bot return InlineKeyboardButton like

switch_inline_query_chosen_chat: {query: "some_query", allow_user_chats=true}
}
Expected behaviour
Expected to respect allow_* fields and show only requested chats (in this case only users and not channels or groups or bots).
Actual behaviour
On macOS desktop would show users+channels+groups+bots. On iPhone it shows only users as expected

Openning the video on Telegram Web, even on macOS, I had no problem, so I think it's a Telegram app #bug
