Hi everyone 👋
I've noticed a recurring issue in the macOS version of Telegram related to storage handling of downloaded files.
When I download documents, Telegram creates a .partial file during the download process, which is expected. However, even after the file is fully downloaded and the final file is correctly saved and usable, the corresponding .partial file is not deleted. This results in duplicated files taking up significant disk space.
📎 I’ve attached a screenshot as an example:
You can see that in many cases, both the complete file and its .partial counterpart exist side by side, with identical sizes and timestamps — which confirms the download completed successfully, but cleanup didn't occur.
This might not seem critical at first, but for users who download a lot of files, especially large documents, the storage overhead can accumulate quickly and silently.

Cannot format text to quote using hotkey when media is attached. It gets converted to italic

👋 I’m encountering an error while trying to create a Stars subscription invite link to a private group.
Telegram simply hangs indefinitely as if processing. I can't get an answer anywhere, from TGInfoEnglish to VolunteerSupport. I'm using Telegram Desktop OS X 11.8.2.271692 Stable.
