Issue 1:
After making sure that the input exists, preparing an object for inputs and adding it using addInputs console logging psbt.inputs shows that input fields lack hash and index fields.

Issue 2:
Wallet must be of type Signer to sign a transaction using psbt.signAllInputs, but using bip32 package results in a different class. How should I create a wallet with type Signer?
