FOCUS: Manifesting the Spirit of Excellence 2
Text: Col. 3:23
Many have lost one thing in life that truly matters- EXCELLENCE. Many are no more doing things with excellence. We mostly rush things and eventually end up halfway to our targets. Rarely do we give our whole self to anything. We don’t give all our time, energy and gifts into our tasks or crafts.
What is the spirit of Excellence? The spirit that enables you do things decently, and beyond expectation. Doing more and asking the question “would God be pleased with this work?”
Excellence is not the same as perfectionism.
God isn’t asking you to be a perfectionist; rather, He’s asking you to be excellent. Perfection is carnality, egoistic and may lead one to destruction; but Excellence will promote you! Perfection is trying to please people. But Excellence is pleasing God.
It’s time to start doing things with EXCELLENCE! Are we serving with excellence? Are we leading with excellence? Are we working with excellence?
We’ve got to be excellent! Why do many not have the spirit of Excellence? Why have many lost that spirit of Excellence? The answer to these can be found in the Word of God.
James 4:1-3; 1Cor.4:7
PRAYERS:
1. Father, we thank You for the spirit of Excellence available for Your children. Take all the Glory in Jesus Name.
2. Father, release the spirit of Excellence on all members of the Living Faith Foundation, in Jesus' Name.
3. Father, release the spirit of Excellence upon all the leaders in the Living Faith Foundation, in Jesus Name.
4. Father, release the spirit of Excellence on the leaders in charge of the Ministry's Outreaches and Crusades, in Jesus' Name.
5. Father, release the spirit of Excellence on the leaders in charge of Sorting Out, in Jesus' Name.
6. Father, let the spirit of Excellence be poured out afresh for effective administration, planning and management, in Jesus Name.
7. Father, let the spirit of Excellence being poured out in the Living Faith Foundation terminate struggling and lack, in Jesus Christ's Name.

Daily Fasting and Prayers
Day 4 of 40
FOCUS: Willing and Obedient
Text: Isa.1:18-19; Matt. 26:41; Est. 4:15-17
CS: Esther, Mordecai and The Jews
In today's Prayers, we shall focus on Being willing and obedient, which is a requirement for participation in this spiritual exercise. This kind of sacrifice requires sincere willingness and complete obedience to tap into the blessings in it.
Moments like these usually comes with numerous temptations intended by the kingdom of darkness to steal the blessings God prepared for us, but we must ensure we overcome them all so that we don't lose out of the blessings. It is therefore expedient for us to participate fully in this sacrifice of Fasting and Prayers.
In our case study, the Jews were booked for death by Haman, sealed with the King's seal; but Esther understood the power of Fasting and Prayers, and she encouraged Mordecai and the entire Jews to fast; they did and eventually gained victory over the plot of Haman.
"Lift up your voice and say, I receive the spirit of willingness and obedience towards this Fasting and Prayers exercise, in Jesus Name".
Prayer Points
🙏🙏 Oh Lord, pour upon our brethren in the Living Faith Foundation worldwide the spirit of willingness and obedience to be part of this season of sacrifice, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Oh Lord, pour upon our brethren the Grace to participate in the Fasting sincerely, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Oh Lord, endow our brethren with the Strength and Grace required to engage in this Fasting and Prayers, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ
🙏🙏 Oh Lord, stretch forth your mighty hands of healing on those who have health challenges to be healed during this exercise, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ
🙏🙏 Oh Lord, we pull down the strongholds of fear and every satanic scheme that may hinder us from participating in this season of Fasting and Prayers, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

Day 2 of 40
Focus: Thanksgiving- The Key Into His Presence
Text: Ps.95:2; Ps.100:4
Today is the second day of our fast, and we are still offering our Thanksgiving to the Lord. The scripture has pointed out the entry point into God's presence is Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving create opportunities for answered prayers, especially when you remember the little things God had done for you in times past.
CS:The Ten Lepers, Lk 17:14-19
Moment of Fasting and Prayers requires an entry point into God's presence, which is Thanksgiving. And the key for perfection of miracle requires Thanksgiving like the case of the ten lepers where only one out of the ten returned to give Glory to God, and he was made whole.
Therefore, Thanksgiving opens the gate to answered prayers, and leads to perfection of miracles.
Prayers
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for second day of the fast, be thou exalted in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for the victory we have enjoyed, and we are still enjoying as members of the Living Faith Foundation, accept our Thanksgiving in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for your mighty hand upon our Daddy, the Council Pastors, District Pastors, Resident Pastors and all the Pulpit Ministers in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for your mercy towards every member of the Living Faith Foundation in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for your Favour and Grace upon every Family in the Living Faith Foundation in Jesus Name.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you because there will be no casualties during this year's 40days Fasting and Prayers and the ones in the future, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

Day 5 of 40
FOCUS: Faithful God
Text: 1Sam. 2:21
CS: Hannah
Hannah had prayed for so many years for a child but no conception until she gave God an IOU by faith at a time God was desperately looking for a replacement for a backsliding priest known as Eli and his wayward children.
Hannah needs a child. God can give a child, but Hannah can give birth to a priest. So the deal was sealed with a covenant between Hannah and God. God fulfilled his part of the covenant by opening the womb of Hannah and Hannah too fulfilled her own part of the covenant by submitting her first son to become the next priest, because God needed to replace Eli.
Both parties did not stop at just fulfilling their covenant agreement, they both went extra miles to make each other happier; Hannah did not just dumped Samuel at the temple and walked away, she gave him training and material things that made him comfortable and outstanding and qualified for priesthood. She did not allow razor to touch his head
On the part of God, he didn't just give her the male child she desired, he blessed her with additional 5 children.
God used the organisers of the annual Shiloh to answer the long outstanding prayer of Hannah, in this year's GSA, prayers will be answered in Jesus name.
In this year's Solemn Assembly, God will show forth himself Faithful God.
PRAYER POINTS
Oh God, we thank you for your Grace and Wisdom upon all the past committees of the Annual Solemn Assembly.
O Lord our God, You have never disappointed us before, this year you shall not disappoint us in Jesus Name.
Those you have chosen as committee this year will work in your wisdom and Grace for the success of the Annual Solemn Assembly in Jesus Name.
Just like you answered Hannah, let this year's GSA be a point of contact for answer to prayers for everyone coming with one burden or the other, in Jesus Name.
We come against the spirit of disunity and misunderstanding among the committee members, in Jesus Name.
Oh God, release your Wisdom and Supernatural ideas upon them, in Jesus Name.

Focus: Sacrifice Of Thanksgiving
Text: Ps. 107:22 Ps. 116:17
Praise the Lord God Almighty. You are welcome to another season of spiritual exercise in Fasting and Prayers. It is a moment of generating power and having encounter with God. It is very important you take this season as God's ordained time of his visitation.
Today being the first day of the 40days of Glory daily fast, we shall be considering Sacrifice Of Thanksgiving as it is expedient for us to appear before HIM at the Altar of Fasting and Prayers with a sincere heart of Thanksgiving.
The more we cultivate the lifestyle of Thanksgiving, the more we draw the attention of God into every challenge around us as individuals, Families and as a Ministry.
Solomon in 1 Kings 3:4-5 our case study, offered Sacrifice Of Thanksgiving by giving to God thousands of burnt offerings and God visited him in a dream with opportunity to bless him beyond his expectations.
Today, put aside that which you think God has not yet done for you, your family and the church, and Thank Him sincerely.
Prayers
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for another opportunity to seek your face in this season of fasting and prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
🙏🙏 Father, thank you for the strength granted to our brethren to fast and to pray during last year's 40days daily fasting and prayer; take all the glory in Jesus name.
