I already did it's about wrong memo deposit from xlm of 7 uxdt. Your exchange wants to charge 40 uxdt for a wrong memo deposit. A simple thing with transaction hash. Wrong memo is on your big xlm wallet trace and return back to origin address. Other exchange do this for free. It does not take any significant resources at all as claimed by you. If not binanch wouldn't be doing it for free and others too. It's like a wrong transfer not including proper narration. You know this

@EllenFletcher this isn't fair 77. I should recover with 5000 of the underlaying asset. Isn't recovery supposed to be proportional. Don't other exchanges use their own resources too. Why did they leave it free. This exchange has been shady right from day one. I just pity people who continue to use this exchange.
