Its not showing on my phone, now, but is asking me to use ID documentation from one of their supported countries. I can't do this as my ID is US, however, I was getting text messages from Kucoin to remove my coins from the account and close it becaus they do not support my country. How can I do this if they don't let me access my account?

No, but when I purchased it years ago, I used my drivers license & I didn't know how to do it, so someone helped me & I think Italy was selected and they let me purchase. Now they won't let me remove my coin(which they asked me to do) because I am not from a supporting country with the proper documentation for it. Please help!

I have a problem getting access to KuCoin, because they say that I am not from one of their supporting countries. When I joined, I used my Drivers Id , but must have selected Italy, so now I am trying to take out my coin like they asked, however they told me it is unsupported in my region. A few years I purchased coin & now I can't get it out. Please advise!
