We want our Telegram community to be a great resource for users looking for answers, as well as a channel for users to express their opinions about KuCoin's platform and services. The following rules are to keep our channel useful and focused on topics that matter.
1 - For support questions, please open and submit a ticket to our official support system on the KuCoin website. You can do so by clicking "Support" on our homepage or by following this link: KuCoin Support
2 - Customer support is NOT provided in this group.
3 - Don't spread false rumors or fake news related to KuCoin or other projects. We will moderate users that are involved in spreading FUD.
4 - Don't post links to other groups or links to random projects. We will moderate spam and other types of link dropping.
5 - Keep discussions about coins not listed on KuCoin to a minimum. We will moderate users shilling other coins repeatedly. Extensive shilling of listed coins can be moderated as well.
6 - Please keep discussions constructive and positive. We will moderate users that constantly criticize without providing some form of constructive feedback.
7 - Please respect other members in the community. We will moderate members who violently lash out or attack other users.
8 - Normally admins will not contact you privately. In certain cases this can still happen. Therefore we recommend to use our Telegram Bot (@KucoinCommunityBot) to check if the user is an admin or not. To do so just forward the message to this Bot and it will tell you more about the user.
We have a strong group of admins in our community. They will enforce the rules above and have absolute authority to ban/moderate conversations and users. If they feel that any of the rules above were broken in any way, they are authorized to take the appropriate actions.
Important Points to Remember:
Under no circumstance will admins of Telegram ask for, wallet addresses or any other type of wallet data. If someone claims they are from support and ask you for any of the previously mentioned information on Telegram, make sure you let our admins know so they can ban any users impersonating KuCoin support. If you need technical assistance, please open a ticket with our official support system on our website. Finally, advertising projects unaffiliated with KuCoin will result in a ban. Offensive language, imagery or behavior will have the same consequences.
