We would like to share answers to the most frequently asked questions about the new tariffs ❓
1. If you have an old Economy tariff and have purchased additional subscriptions/forwards/expresses, you have two different expiration dates: one for Economy and one for additional services. Neither Economy nor additional services will be renewed. You need to purchase a new package before the old Economy or Extra package expires, whichever date is earlier.
If you have any questions about migration, for example, if you have a long period of paid Economy that you would like to immediately transfer it to new bundles, write to support - we will organize everything!
2. If you do not understand to which bundle your direct connection will be migrated at the end of the current paid period, just make sure that you have 12 EUR on your account for each DC and wait for the end of the paid period. New packages will be created automatically. In case of auto-migration of DCs, the payment does not exceed 12 EUR.

So, a big update! (and a long announcement 😀)
- A new tariff system has been launched. Now the payment is based on a system of bundles that you get depending on the required number of forwarding rules. Each bundle includes a certain number of forwards (with or without connection to an account) and access to certain functions. There is also an unlimited one.
- A new website has been launched, it is already available instead of the old one. Everything was redesigned from scratch taking into account your questions and wishes. Especially check out the documentation!
New tariffs
Packages with account connection:
- "Direct" package is the former "Direct connection". Its cost remains the same, 12 euros for each connected account. The package is suitable for the most tasks: some professional functions are removed from it, and the number of forwards is limited to 100.
- The "Expert" package is designed for advanced use and opens full access to the bot's capabilities. Its cost is 18 euros for each connected account. This package includes such functions as bypassing flood restrictions, smart link replacement and team pre-moderation.
Migration for Direct Connection users (important!):
- If there are enough funds on the bot balance, your direct connections will automatically switch to the "Direct" or "Expert" bundles at the end of the current paid 30-day period. The choice of package will depend on the number of forwards and settings. As part of the automatic migration, the first month on any of the new plans will cost the same as one month of direct connection. Thus, you do not lose anything during the migration and can change the package later if it does not suit you.
- To automatically switch to new bundles, it is enough to have the required amount on your balance in the bot. If you want to take advantage of discounts when purchasing bundles for 3 months, a year, or when paying for several bundles, you can make a purchase in advance, before the end of the current paid period. Your connected accounts will be automatically transferred to new packages.
Packages without connecting an account:
- From a pricing point of view, there is no difference between subscriptions (forwards to the bot itself) and forwards from channel to channel - all of this is now considered forwards. All subscriptions in service chats are also converted into forwards.
- The "Economy" and "Express" packages allow you to create forwards (25 each) without connecting an account. Only public sources are available in the "Economy" package (without private channels), and "Express" supports any open sources and ensures instant delivery. If you need, for example, 50 instant forwards from open channels, then take two "Express" packages.
- We are removing the option of free forwards.
Migration for users of the Economy tariff (important!):
Since the structure of these tariffs has changed significantly, we did not make automatic migration for "Economy". Please purchase a new bundle that suits you in advance. Then, after the current paid period ends, your forwards will be automatically transferred to the new tariff.
Discounts
Now discounts are given for purchasing a bundle for a longer period and for purchasing several bundles. This discount will be valid instead of the bonus for a large top up. The maximum discount reaches 55% (when paying for 10 packages per year). So it is most profitable to manage connected accounts from one account and pay for them for a year in advance.
New account pages and purchases
Information about the balance and active bundles is available in the mini-application on the “My account” page. There you can buy new bundles or simply replenish the balance. We recommend paying for packages not from the balance, but directly during the purchase process. This way the system will be able to extend them automatically, without asking you to replenish the balance for this (if your payment method supports this).

- The report now includes the source code of the message. You can now get the source retroactively, without having to enable an explain report beforehand.

No more intermediate channels are required for this. What's more, the topic mapping panel allows you to work directly with topic names instead of topic numbers. You have released the second part of the new tariff system - add-ons. The services you see in Menu → Bundles come in two types.

New “Advanced Filtering” extension
If you have Advanced Filters, you can create filters on reactions and other similar properties of messages. Since reactions accumulate gradually, we've redone the “Delay” setting panel, renaming it to “Delay and delayed filter”. You can now specify there whether you want after a delay to apply a filter on, say, the number of reactions to a post.
For example, you can now forward a post if it has gotten at least 100 reactions after 24 hours. Or even forward a post as soon as it's gotten 100 reactions!

Cloning forwarding rules and changing source/destination
You can now clone forwarding rules with all their settings to other sources/destinations. If a message arrives earlier than the specified interval from the time when the previous one was published, it will not be published. 📈 In the forwarding settings, a section “Telegram account delays” has been added. Here you can see the average and maximum delay of receiving a message, that is the delay between the moment of publishing a message and the moment it is received by our system. Statistics are calculated for the last 3 days and only for messages that match the enabled forwarding rules. For a “healthy” account, the average delay does not exceed 1-2 seconds.
❓ The big question now is “How does the number of active subscriptions affect latency?”. And as soon as we collect enough data, we'll be sure to tell you! But already now we can give you a recipe for fixing the situation if you are not satisfied with the current latency on your DC:
1. Leave unnecessary channels and groups, especially those with high message flow. If this is not possible or it turned out to be not enough
2. Transfer subscriptions and their corresponding redirection rules to the new DC. First of all, migrate subscriptions for which delivery speed is important.
