‏بيان صادر عن اجتماع عام لأهالي الجولان السوري المحتل
في مقام سيدنا أبي ذر الغفاري عليه السلام
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
استمراراً لتاريخ الجولان الوطني وحفاظاً على إرث الآباء والأجداد، وحمايةً لذاتنا وهويتنا الوطنية عُقد مساء يوم ١٤ شباط، ذكرى الإضراب المجيد، اجتماع جماهيري شامل ضم كافة شرائح المجتمع من القرى الأربعة.
أجمع الحاضرون، على رفض مشاريع الأسرلة وعلى رأسها تطوع أفرادٍ قلائل في صفوف جيش الاحتلال وأذرعه، الأمر الذي يمس صميم وجودنا وهويتنا السورية في الجولان المحتل، وتم اتخاذ قراراتٍ صارمةٍ بهذا الخصوص تتمثل ب:
أولاً: إننا نعتبر كافة المتورطين في مشروع التجنيد، وحمل السلاح وارتداء زي العدو، مغرر بهم، وندعوهم إلى التراجع وإعلان العودة إلى مجتمعهم خلال مدة لا تتجاوز الأسبوع من يومنا هذا.
ثانياً: نعلن رفضنا التام وتبرؤنا من كل من تسوّل له نفسه خيانة أهله وتاريخه، والانخراط في مشاريع مدمرة لمجتمعنا وإرثه الكريم.
ثالثاً: نعلن الحرم الديني والمقاطعة الاجتماعية لكل المتورطين بهذا المشروع الأثيم المتمثل بقبول التطوع في جيش العدو المحتل وأذرعه.
رابعاً: قرار المقاطعة والحرم الديني يطال المتورط نفسه، وكل أفراد أسرته، ما لم يبادروا لرفض سلوكه والتبرؤ منه علانية.
خامساً: نعلن إغلاق بيوت ومراكز الشعب في وجوههم، وتحريم المشاركة في جنازاتهم، أو الصلاة على قتلاهم، أو دفنهم في مدافننا.
سادساً: إننا نرفض أن يقوم أي من هؤلاء الأفراد المتورطين في خيانة مجتمعهم وأهلهم، أن يأخذوا أي دور تربوي في مدارسنا، مدرسين أو حراس أو عاملين.

سابعًا: تحميل المسؤولية كاملة لرؤساء المجالس المحلية في القرى الأربع، لتسهيلهم حالات التجنيد والتجنيس وإدخال طابع العسكرة الى أقسام التربية والتعليم في مدارسنا من خلال استقدام عناصر عسكرية وانتهاك حرمة المدارس لغسل أدمغة أبنائنا وسلخهم عن بيئتهم الأصيلة.

ختاماً، إننا مصرون على اجتثاث كافة نماذج هذه الظاهرة المدمرة من مجتمعنا، وعدم القبول بها حاضراً ومستقبلاً، وذلك تماشياً مع روح وبنود الوثيقة الوطنية التي تجسد انتماءنا وهويتنا السورية، حفاظاً على إرثنا الوطني وعلى مستقبلٍ آمنٍ لأبنائنا من الجيل الشاب.
