World’s largest wealth fund drops Caterpillar, Israeli banks over Gaza
Norway’s $2-trillion sovereign wealth fund has divested from Caterpillar and five Israeli banks over their roles in rights violations in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
The banks named were Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, Mizrahi Tefahot, First International Bank of Israel, and FIBI Holdings, following recommendations from the fund’s ethics council.

OIC urges review of Israel’s UN membership over violations
Foreign ministers of the OIC, representing 57 Muslim nations, have called for examining whether Israel’s UN membership is compatible with the Charter, citing repeated violations of membership conditions.
