No. I've been informed that any stuck fund will be released once the bridge is reopened. As for when it will be reopened, there's no info. But could be sooner than expected.

Reminder folks:
Do not use the ioTube bridge until the team announces that it has been reopened.
We've received reports of people who managed to use it and then when they tried again, their funds got stuck.
They probably managed to use it while the team was running tests and when the tests were done, it was closed again => funds stuck.
Refer to https://github.com/iotexproject/iips/blob/master/iip-57.md for details on the bridge recovery. At the end of this doc, you should find estimates on how long each recovery stage could take.
