try restarting your phone. My wallet is working fine. I'm using android ioPay.
If you wanna do reinstallation, make sure you write down the private key of your wallet first.

Tap the menu top left » Backup » and go through the security check » write the pvt key down. Double check every letter/number

Hello everyone. I’m in a serious situation and need help. I deleted my IOPay wallet and tried to restore it. Unfortunately, I realized that what I saved was not the private key, but only the wallet address. Now I don’t have the private key or seed phrase. Is there any possible way to recover access to the wallet in this case? Has anyone experienced something similar? I would really appreciate any advice.

try checking your wallet address on iotexscan.io. The mods have been spamming the announcements to either check your allocation/verify for airdrops that we distributed quite a lot of times. Some didn't require the check, some were directly sent to your wallet if you fulfilled the zkpass check.

As for your stake value going down, can't be helped. I think more than 90% of crypto is having a similar experience.
