I have a suggestion: "The Off ON option can only be selected at the time of Bucket creation. Anyone who intentionally breaks into the wallet cannot change the OFF ON option. They can only wait for the lock time to expire to reset the OFF ON option."

You can't turn off transfer bucket that's how it's made.
But I will forward this to dev if they can work on that feature to Enable turn off and on for Stake bucket Transfer.
