Haha just in case, for others who are reading this, don't transfer the stables on IoTeX to a CEX. Not supported yet.
you can bridge the usdt on IoTeX to other networks and work from there.
usdt_m bridge-able to polygon
iousdt or just usdt: bridge-able to eth
usdt_b: bridge-able to bsc
Guys I’m sorry but this is a non answer haha. Is it the same USDT available on coinbase and other exchanges or not??

They're regular usdt and iousdt. Double check which you're sending and bridge.
Just as David mentioned, you can decide to sell for other assets or bridge them
