There are node issues with Trust Wallet. You'll need to download the official IoTeX wallet, download IoPay, from here: IoPay.me.
After downloading, import your Trust Wallet private key or seed phrase into the IoPay wallet.
IoTeX Team and Moderator will NEVER send you a private message (PM) first. Anyone doing so is a scammer.
