Yes. Address format doesn’t matter. If your tokens are on the IoTeX blockchain, every transfer will always be on the IoTeX blockchain. Unless you are using a Bridge Dapp, the tokens are received on the same blockchain as the sender

Do follow this procedure :
1. Turn off stake lock first, if on

2. Unstake, wait for your duration to count down to 0/expire.

3. You can then withdraw your coin 3 days later.
