Another way to go about it is to contact crypto.com support with your transaction details.

Perhaps they may help to recovery it since it's done on their exchange.

all transaction are on your hash detail. include them on your issues and ask for refund. from my experience they usually do when there is more complaints on that chain except it's less

Iotx native address usually start with ioxxx and Ethereum address oxxx.

Now to send from crypto.com with native address to coinbase (NB: coinbase only supports Ethereum address oxxx). Should only means it never left crypto.com platform.

Please contact crypto.com support to recovery your funds.

coinbase support erc20 of iotex which is Ethereum version.
with your transaction hash details, should be included on your write up with crypto.con support.

Except for Coinbase which expects IOTX on Ethereum, any other exchange only supports IOTX on the IoTeX blockchain, including crypto.com. So unless you sent from crypto.con to Coinbase, you should have received your IOTX on the other exchange (assuming you sent them to the IOTX deposit address of the recipient exchange).

It’s important to know what was the destination exchange and what deposit address you sent the IOTX to. Some exchanges like Binance provide a form request to try recover some of these mistakes
