btw I say a more accurate method because, a lot of new users aren't sure of selecting which address when importing from Trust Wallet into Iopay using the seed phrase.

Personally I'd scroll down the list of addresses (during the import) and select the address with the IOTX balance but you can also use this guide

1) I'd import that wallet into iopay mobile using its seed phrase method or if that doesn't solve it (by not showing the correct wallet containing the IOTX), I would ⬇️

2) Use this method to get the private key (this is a more "accurate" method from my experience)

or if this is too complicated, and while we wait for IoTeX devs to figure out if this is on our side, I'd contact the Trust Wallet support team too

HTX has taken note of the cyberattack on the HTX and HECO chains and has immediately launched a comprehensive investigation. The HTX technical team is identifying the source of the attack and taking emergency measures to protect user assets.
