The IIP-24: Delegate Endorsement
✅ IIP24 enables individual stakeholders within the IoTeX Network to become Delegates without owning a substantial amount of tokens (i.e., the current minimum self-stake requirement of 1.2M IOTX).
✅ The proposal will allow individuals to accept endorsements from other stakeholders to help meet the minimum self-stake requirement.
✅ The goal of Delegate Endorsement is to promote inclusivity and decentralization with our ecosystem.

I think they are more focused on attracting dApp devs and builders hence why this Chat is called Builders Zone. That's the only way we would get more traffic on the Iotex blockchain.

In short
1) Switch stake-lock to OFF
2) Wait for the duration to countdown to zero (The unstake line should display the date after which you can unstake)
3) When the unstake is ready, it will show you it's ready.
4) after that you can initiate the unstaking - this will take 3 days (72 hours)
5) After that you can initiate the withdraw and it will be in your wallet immediately
That's the way it is. Now if you go to your stake, you should see a date on the unstake line after which you can unstake
