3) If there's any account sending you private message first whilst pretending to be support or from IoTeX and sharing links to websites. Don't click it. Just block and report
4) If you encounter any fishy airdrop offers/campaigns, don't hesitate to confirm with us first. Don't FOMO into scam offers.
5) Be very careful of fake profiles. Always double check who you are private messaging with. Re-read point 1)

Remember everyone,
you don't have to validate,
you don't have to authenticate,
you don't have to synchronize,
your iopay wallet anywhere.
Don't share your pvt keys on websites or with anyone (especially people who randomly DMs you).
Be very careful of usernames (make sure they tally the real identities in this official group)
Always verify here first if you come across anything which triggers your doubt
