This is just a personal observation: simpler tasks, like swap using mimo dex/swap interface inside ioPay/send on IoTeX mainnet, from my experience, were most of the time, updated quite fast. You can try that.

There's one statement in ioPay mobile saying that update is done once daily. Let me double check
