My one month subscription that ended months ago is marked as active subscription and so i could not get a new plan, even thou i was not subscribed at this moment :) canceled it and now it works. Ben, you need to get this s*it in order :)

You may need to cancel your free account first - maybe, and then start a new one on a paid plan. Honestly, I'm not sure though and just guessing. I don't have access to accounts, I'm just a chat monkey with a ban hammer 😂

If you click the person-outline icon in the top right, there's a dropdown with an option for "Manage Membership". Is there an option in there to cancel/upgrade that you can use?

If not, then I think you're going to be best to contact solutions@intothecryptoverse.com for support.
