Beneficial reminders and Islaamic Knowledge from the admin of ilm4all.blogspot.com
The Mushriks never stopped the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم from calling towards good manners, or doing good to the neighbors, or feeding the poor and the orphans; but it was the Aqeedah that they were against.
tazilah, or the kuffaar as their
{“Has he (Muhmmad) made all the gods into One God. Verily, this is a curious thing!”} [Surah Saad (38):5]
So don’t be amazed by the good manners of the Sufees, the Rawaafidh, the MuAqeedah is messed up, and because this is how Shaitaan wants to deceive us. Always remember
Aqeedah comes first.
Let not your smartphones distract you when you are in the company of someone
══════ ❁✿❁ ══════
It was narrated from Ibn `Abbaas The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ took a ring and put it on, then he said: ❝This distracted me from you all day, shifting my gaze from it to you (and back again).❞ Then he threw it away.
📚 [Sunan al-Nasaa’ee (5289) and Shaikh al-Albaanee said: "It is “Saheeh” as per the condition of al-Bukhaaree and Muslim", see al-Saheehah (1192). Shaikh Muqbil also graded it as “Saheeh” in Saheeh al-Musnad]
▪ This is from the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ regarding the ethics of sitting in a gathering, that a person should not be preoccupied with something which distracts him from the gathering or his guests for a long time. It is not Haraam, but this is not proper etiquette either. Then what about when he is with his parents or either one of them?

♻️The Pillars of Ibaadah are three:
ah worship Allaah based on love, hope, and fear. They pray to Allaah out of love for Him and to seek His pleasure, they abandon sins out of fear of Him and His punishment, and they repent to Him full of hope that He will accept their repentance and admit them into Jannah.
1️⃣ Love
2️⃣ Hope
3️⃣ Fear
Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaa
👉Whoever finds these 4 things in him will be successful, by Allaah's Will.
Allaah تعالى mentions about Zakariyyah عليه السلام and his family:
إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا ۖ وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ
{(1) Indeed, they used to hasten to good deeds
(2) and supplicate to Us in hope (hoping for Allaah's Mercy, seeking His bounties and all the good things that are with Him)
(3) and fear (fearing His wrath and punishment, fearing the Hell-fire),
(4) and they were to Us humbly submissive.}

PART #1
THE FALASTEENIANS RE-VISITNG THE PAST:
We do not praise anyone above and before Allaah, but one cannot deny the fact that our brother and sisters in Falasteen (Palestine) – their males and their females, their young and their elderly – all of them have shown and taught us how true believers live in face of calamities. They are teaching the live examples in patience and endurance. They have taught us what “accepting Allaah’s Decree and being pleased with it” means through their shouts for الحمد لله (al-hamdulillaah) even when injured, or losing a limb, or at the death of their relatives.
Allaah تعالى has made the brothers and sisters in Falasteen as means of awakening the Ummah. Through them, Allaah تعالى guided many of those who were heedless and ignorant. Through them, Allaah تعالى generated the love of Islaam in the hearts of many of those who are not Muslims.
Even though the Qur’aan was revealed 1,400 years ago, and Surah al-Ahzaab was revealed about a particular battle, yet if one re-reads the following Aayaat, one would find that our brothers and sister in Falasteen are reliving them:
وَلَمَّا رَأَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَصَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ۚ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا إِيمَانًا وَتَسْلِيمًا ﴿٢٢﴾
{And when the Believers saw Al-Ahzaab (the Confederates), they said: "This is what Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ) had promised us, and Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ) had spoken the truth, and it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allaah)}
{Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allaah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihaad, and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e. they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allaah] in the least}
{That Allaah may reward the men of truth for their truth (i.e. for their patience at the accomplishment of that which they covenanted with Allaah), and punish the hypocrites if He (تعالى) wills or accept their repentance (by turning to them in Mercy). Verily, Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful}
PART #2
WITH SABR COMES VICTORY:
وَرَدَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنَالُوا خَيْرًا ۚ وَكَفَى اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْقِتَالَ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزًا ﴿٢٥﴾
{And Allaah drove back those who disbelieved in their rage, they gained no advantage (booty, etc.). And sufficient was Allaah for the believers in battle (and helped them by sending against the disbelievers a severe wind and troops of angels). And Allaah is Ever All-Strong, All-Mighty}
{And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers), Allaah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives}
{And He (تعالى) caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allaah is Able to do all things}
[Surah al-Ahzaab (33): 22-27]
May Allaah forgive our brothers and sisters in Falasteen and have mercy on them!
May Allaah accept their dead among the martyrs!
May Allaah strengthen those who are alive!
May Allaah heal those who are wounded!
al-Baraa' رضي الله عنه said: I saw Allaah's Messenger ﷺ on the day (of the battle) of the Trench (al-Ahzaab) carrying earth till the hair of his chest were covered with dust. He was reciting the following poetry of `Abdullaah (Ibn Rawaahah):
"O Allaah, were it not for You, We would not have been guided...
...Nor would have we given in charity, nor would have we prayed.
So, please send tranquility upon us...
...And make our feet firm when we meet the enemy.
For indeed the enemies have rebelled against us...
...Yet if they want to put us in affliction, (i.e. want to fight against us) we would not (flee but withstand them)."
The Prophet ﷺ used to raise his voice while reciting these lines of poetry.

The four groups that benefit the most from the turmoil in the Middle East

Nations may have failed our brothers and sisters in Palestine, but we should not fail them with our Dua. Remember, the real benefactor is Allaah. So, beseech Him for the welfare and safety of our brothers and sisters as much as possible.
On the authority of Abdullaah bin
Abbaas رضي الله عنهما who said: One day I was (riding) behind the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم (on the same mount) and he صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “O young man, I shall teach you some words [of advice]: Be mindful of Allaah and Allaah will protect you. Be mindful of Allaah and you will find Him in front of you. If you ask, then ask Allaah [alone]; and if you seek help, then seek help from Allaah [alone]. And know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, they would not benefit you except with what Allaah had already prescribed for you. And if they were to gather together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with what Allaah had already prescribed against you. The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.”
📚[Sunan al-Tirmidhee (2516) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee]
In another narration, other than that of al-Tirmidhee, reads: “Be mindful of Allaah, and you will find Him in front of you. Recognize and acknowledge Allaah in times of ease and prosperity, and He will remember you in times of adversity. And know that what has passed you by [and you have failed to attain] was not going to befall you, and what has befallen you was not going to pass you by. And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and ease after hardship.”
📚[Mustadrak of al-Haakim (6304)]
Perhaps through oppression you may gain whatever you want!
But the prayer of a single oppressed person will make you lose everything you had!

4 Narrations on the importance of advising the tyrant rulers in private:
بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد
• Four narrations on the importance of advising the rulers privately even if they are tyrants.
• The scholars’ advice the rulers privately as the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم instructed us.
• Only because we do not witness it doesn't mean that the scholars do not do it.
• Shouting from the minbar (pulpit) against the rulers is not from the Sunnah. Rather, it is from the methodology of the Khawaarij
• Your hatred towards the rulers should not make you go against the Sunnah.
• Shouting behind their back is Gheebah (backbiting) and does not achieve the purpose (as the message does not reach them), except that it cause chaos and disruption.
• You don’t want to follow the Prophet’s Sunnah, but at the same time you demand that the rulers should be never make mistakes!
Narrated Abu Waail: Somebody said to Usaamah Will you go to so-and-so (i.e. Uthmaan رضي الله عنه) and talk to him (i.e. advise him regarding ruling the country)? He said: ❝Do you think that I have not spoken to him simply because you did not hear it? Really, I speak to (advise) him privately without opening a gate (of affliction), for neither do I want to be the first to open it (i.e. rebellion).❞
eed al-Khudree رضي الله عنه said that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
📚[Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (3267, 7098) and Saheeh Muslim (7483)]

Abu Sa
❝The best type of Jihad (striving in the way of Allaah) is speaking a true word in the PRESENCE of a tyrant ruler.❞

Saeed Ibn Jumhaan said: I went to
Abdullaah Ibn Abee Aufaa رضي الله عنه, and he had become blind and I greeted him with Salaam. He asked me: ❝Who are you?❞ I said: I am Saeed Ibn Jumhaan. He asked: ❝What have they done to your father?❞ I said: He was killed. The Azaariqah have killed him. He said: ❝Allaah’s curse be upon al-Azaariqah, Allaah’s curse be upon al-Azaariqah.❞ The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم informed us:
dham (the main group). If the ruler listens to you, then approach him in his house (i.e. in seclusion) and inform him (in private) of what you know. So if he listens to you (then it is good) otherwise leave him, for you are not more knowledgeable than him.❞
❝They are the dogs of Hellfire.❞ I said: (Are) al-Azaariqah alone (the dogs of the Hellfire) or the whole of the Khawaarij? He said: ❝The whole of the Khawaarij.❞ I (further) said: The ruler oppresses the people and does such-and-such to them. He said: ❝Give me your hand.❞ Then he grabbed my hand firmly and said: ❝Woe unto you O son of Jumhaan! Upon you is to stick to the Sawaad al-A
📚[Musnad Ahmad (19415) and graded as “Hasan” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in his checking of Kitaab al-Sunnah (2/523) and Shaikh Muqbil also graded it “Hasan” in Saheeh al-Musnad (542)]

Imaam Ahmad reported: Iyaadh Ibn Ghanm was whipping a person of a land which was conquered. So Hishaam Ibn Hakeem spoke harshly with him, until
Iyaadh became angry. So he stayed the night (like this) through the night, then he came to Hishaam Ibn Hakeem and sought an excuse from him. Then Hishaam said to Iyaadh: Have you not heard the Prophet
Iyaadh Ibn Ghanm said: O Hishaam Ibn Hakeem! ❝Indeed we have heard what you have heard, but you have not heard the statement of the Messenger of Allaah
❝Verily the person who shall suffer the severest punishment is the one who is most severe in punishing the people in this world.❞ So
Perhaps this may me a test for you from your Lord. So, be vigilant that you try to please your Lord in everything that you do. Indeed, Allaah knows all things, and He disposes all the affairs. Put your trust in Allaah and don’t be sad (or afraid). Excellent is He as a Protector and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.

For a Muslim, the purpose of all his actions should be for attaining the Aakhirah (the Hereafter). This should be the purpose – the worship of Allaah, the pleasure of Allaah, the Jannah (Paradise), the protection from the punishment of the grave and the Jahannam (Hellfire).
For how long do we live in this Dunya?! How many years?! 50 years? 60? 70? 100? How long is that as compared to the life of the Barzakh?! And how long is that as compared to the life of the Hereafter?!
Example: Nooh عليه السلام spent 950 years of his life in calling people towards Allaah. Compare that to how many thousands of years he is living in the life of Barzakh?!
Another example: We are in the year 1440H. Uthmaan Ibn
Affaan رضي الله عنه was assassinated near the end of the year 35H. How many years have passed since then? For how many years has he been in the grave? More than 1,400 (one thousand four hundred) years!
1,400 YEARS OF LIFE IN THE BARZAKH!
Till when will he be in the grave?! Another 100 years?! Another 1,000 years?! Only Allaah knows when the Hour will be established.
This life - in the Barzakh (in the grave) - of 1,000 years or 2,000 years, or as much as Allaah Wills! Does it not deserve that we work for it so that we are blessed in it?!
This life of 50, 60 or 70 years which we live, deduct from it the many years that go in childhood! Deduct from it the many years that go in sleeping! Deduct from it the years that go in sickness! Deduct from it the many years that go in old age and senility! How much of it is left?!
Then comes the Hereafter! The Eternal life! The life with no end! The life with no death – either in the Jannah or in the Jahannam! May Allaah make us of the people of Paradise and may He protect us from the punishment of the Hellfire!
So we want to abandon the life of the Hereafter for the life of this world?! We want to gain the life of this fleeting world at the price of the Hereafter?! What’s wrong with us?!
💠 How to seek Allaah’s help:
People gather in a stadium to watch a football match, and they raise the Palestinian flag, thinking that this will aid the cause. But it does not! Victory doesn’t come with entertainment and emotions!
Allaah’s help comes to the Believers through Salaah (Prayers) and Sabr (Patience) and not by marching on the streets, or blocking the paths, or filling the stadiums while the Masaajid are empty.
If showing strength in numbers had worked, it would have definitely helped the Believers in the battle of Hunain, but the strength in numbers did not help them, as Allaah تعالى says:
{Truly Allaah has given you victory on many battlefields, and on the Day of Hunain (battle) when you rejoiced at your great number but it availed you naught and the earth, vast as it is, was straitened for you, then you turned back fleeing. Then Allaah did send down His Sakeenah (calmness, tranquility, and reassurance, etc.) on the Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ), and on the believers, and sent down forces (angels) which you saw not, and punished the disbelievers. Such is the recompense of disbelievers.}
📚[Surah al-Tawbah (9):25-26]
Allaah’s help is not associated with your strength or numbers; Allaah’s help is associated with your Imaan:
وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
{and incumbent upon Us was the support of the Believers}
📚[Surah al-Room (30): 47]
And He تعالى also said:
وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
{So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are indeed [true] believers}
📚[Surah aal-`Imraan (3): 139]
🌴🌴🌴
Allaah تعالى promised that He will help those who will His cause:
وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
{Verily, Allaah will help those who help His (Cause). Truly, Allaah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.}
📚[Surah al-Hajj (22): 40]
But who are these people whom Allaah will help? What are their characteristics? Allaah تعالى describes them, saying:
الَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
{[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give Zakaah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allaah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.}
📚[Surah al-Hajj (22): 41]
He تعالى also instructs us, saying:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
{O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allaah is with the patient.}
📚[Surah al-Baqarah (2): 153]
So, do not let Shaitaan deceive us by mixing our emotions with entertainment. Our victory only comes with our obedience to Allaah, offering the Salaah sincerely, and fulfilling the rights of the people.
👉One of them says to you:
⚡I'm afflicted with anxiety
⚡I'm afflicted by sadness
⚡I'm afflicted by boredom
⚡I'm afflicted by confusion
⚡I'm afflicted with doubts
⚡I'm afflicted with calamities
⚡I'm afflicted by evil whispering
1️⃣ Ask him: "Do you regularly recite the Qur'aan?"
🔥He will say: "No"
2️⃣ Ask him: "Do you regularly do the morning and evening Adhkaar and before sleeping?"
🔥He will say: "No"
Then, this is natural that you will be afflicted by all this, rather with even more.
For Allaah تعالى says:
{Verily in the remembrance of Allaah do hearts find rest!}
📚[Surah al-Ra`d (13):28]
⚡ The Kuffaar become desperate, go into depression, and commit suicide because they have no true God to rely on, nor do they have Salaah and Adhkaar with which to calm their hearts. All the materialistic gains only provide them with a temporary relief. It is not even a relief in real sense, rather a distraction from their troubles, it just diverts their mind temporarily. Like how intoxicated people lose their senses temporarily. But when they come back to their sense the reality hits them back again.
Our victory is in the Worship of Allaah about which we are reminded five times a day, everyday.
May Allaah guide us towards beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds.
Indeed there is a difference between `Ilm (knowledge) and Hikmah (wisdom). Not everyone who has knowledge is guided.
A person may have knowledge, but he does what he has been prohibited from doing, and neglects what he has been commanded to do. Such a person is void of guidance.
Then there is a person who has knowledge of the Arabic language, but engages in translating fabricated and weak Ahaadeeth and spreads them amongst the masses; while leaving the many authentic Ahaadeeth which have not yet been translated. Such a person is void of wisdom.
🌟 When a woman is reformed, the whole house is reformed
{O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allaah and fear Him), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery, etc.) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honorable manner.
And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance, and perform As-Salaah, and give Zakaah and obey Allaah and His Messenger. Allaah wishes only to remove al-Rijs (evil deeds and sins, etc.) from you, O members of the family (of the Prophet ﷺ), and to purify you with a thorough purification.
And remember (O you the members of the Prophet's family, the Graces of your Lord), that which is recited in your houses of the Verses of Allaah and Al-Hikmah (i.e. Prophet's Sunnah legal ways, etc. so give your thanks to Allaah and glorify His Praises for this Qur’aan and the Sunnah). Verily, Allaah is Ever Most Courteous, Well Acquainted with all things.}

The Prophet ﷺ said: ❝The woman is Awrah (she should be concealed and be covered up properly), for when she goes out the Shaitaan looks at her (and seeks to tempt her).❞
📚 [Sunan al-Tirmidhee (1173) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee. See al-Saheehah (2688)]
══════❁✿❁══════
👉 Meaning: The basic idea is to lift up the eyes to look at something. Here it is explained as meaning either that the devil makes her attractive to men, or that the Shaitaan looks at her to seduce her and to seduce people by her. The woman should veil from strangers. When she goes out uncovered, it will create problems for herself and for others.
A woman, even if she is veiled, in the mind of a man, she will still be a female; so how much more seducing she will be when she is uncovered?!
Therefore, we should remember one thing! Allaah تعالى has given her the ability to reform. And when she reforms, she can reform those around her by Allaah’s permission.
If she is reformed, then the whole house will be reformed, even if the one in charge of the house is evil like Fir`aun (Pharoah)!
And if she is corrupt, then the whole house will be corrupted, even if the one in charge of the house is a righteous person! The righteousness of her husband may not benefit her even if he were a Prophet!
{Allaah presents an example for those who disbelieve, the wife of Nooh and the wife of Loot. They were under two of our righteous slaves, but they both betrayed their (husbands by rejecting their doctrine) so they [Nooh and Loot] did not benefit them against Allaah, and it was said: "Enter the Fire along with those who enter!"}
📚 [Surah al-Tahreem (66): 10]
May Allaah feed those who are hungry and quench the thirst of those who are thirsty!
May Allaah provide shelter for those who lost their homes!
May Allaah rectify their situation and make them victorious!
May Allaah give them an upper hand over their enemies!
May Allaah humiliate the enemies of Islaam and Muslims!
May Allaah defeat the Jews and those who aid them like how He aided the Believers against the Ahzaab (the Mushriks) and the Jews that took their sides against the Believers!
May Allaah free the land of Falasteen, and Masjid al-Aqsaa especially from the occupation of the treacherous Jews, indeed they have crossed all bounds!
May Allaah unite the Muslims upon Tawheed and Sunnah, and may He unite them against their enemies!
May Allaah safeguard us against Fitan, the apparent and the hidden!
May Allaah bring back the glory and honor for Islaam and Muslims!

For some, tragedy doesn't change them, it reveals their true nature:
{And among mankind is he who worships Allaah on an edge (i.e. in doubt); if good befalls him, he is content therewith; but if a trial befalls him, he turns back on his face (i.e. reverts back to disbelief after embracing Islaam). He loses both this world and the Hereafter. That is the evident loss.}

He will soon provide for you...

❝Whosoever wishes to advise the ruler concerning a matter, then let him not do it openly. Rather, he should take him by the hand and take him into seclusion. So if he accepts his advice, then he has achieved his objective, and if he does not accept from him, then he has still conveyed that which was a duty upon him.❞ And verily you – O Hishaam – are a reckless– therefore, you dare to come out against the ruler of Allaah.❞

Anas Ibn Maalik رضي الله عنه narrated: We went with Allaah's Messenger ﷺ to the blacksmith Aboo Saif, and he was the husband of the wet-nurse of Ibraaheem (the son of the Prophet). Allaah's Messenger ﷺ took Ibraaheem and kissed him and smelled him and later we entered Aboo Saif's house and at that time Ibraaheem was in his last breaths, and the eyes of Allaah's Messenger ﷺ started shedding tears. Abdur Rahmaan Ibn
Auf said: “O Allaah's Messenger, even you are weeping?!” He ﷺ said: ❝O Ibn Auf, this is mercy.❞ Then he wept more and said: ❝The eyes are shedding tears and the heart is grieved, and we will not say except what pleases our Lord. O Ibraaheem! Indeed we are grieved by your separation.❞
Umar, said to him: “You are indeed the best of those who glorify Allaah with what is due to him.” The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: ❝The eye weeps and the heart grieves, but we do not say anything that angers the Lord. Were it not that death is something that inevitably comes to all, and that the latter (the living) will surely join the former (the dead), then we would have been more sad for you, O Ibraaheem, than we are now, verily we grieve for you.❞

💠 Never Take Things For Granted!

💠Shaikh Muhammad al-Malki حفظه الله said:
❝By Allaah! Losing the whole world cannot be compared (even remotely) to losing a moment with Allaah. Because if a person loses even a moment with Allaah (due to a sin), there is no guarantee that perhaps a swift punishment from Allaah may descend and afflict him.
This is why Allaah تعالى said:
وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
{and gives them increase in their deviation to wander blindly} (2:15)
It could be this instance in time (in which you sinned) because of which Allaah تعالى abandoned you (to wander blindly) and increased you in deviation, and there could be no turning back.❞
🔊 [From the lecture: How To get Rid Of Superstitious Feelings]
💠 Part of perfection in acts of Ibaadah is to remain firm and constant during hardship and ease.
Ibaadah, otherwise, many nations have perished because of their ingratitude towards Allaah.
💠 Fewer acts done with consistency are better than doing many acts and then abandoning them for days and weeks.
💠 If a person wants his prayers to be answered during calamities, then he should beseech Allaah much during times of ease.
💠 Being grateful to Allaah for His favors is the essence of
💠 Being ungrateful for Allaah's favors is the first step towards Kufr.
💠 Sweetness of Ibaadah is felt when a person worships Allaah during the times of ease and is grateful to Allaah for His bounties, else, during a calamity even the Mushriks used to turn to Allaah alone for help - out of desperation.
Ibaadah is like a cure. So, anyone who doesn't worship Allaah during a calamity is like a person who refuses to take medicine during his illness.
💠 When Allaah removes a calamity, people become ungrateful, as if no calamity had ever touched them.
💠 If a person finds it difficult to worship Allaah during a calamity, then that is because he did not train himself when he was healthy, wealthy, and wise.
💠 Calamities are like diseases, and
💠 When a calamity befalls a Believer, it acts as a wake up call and as a reminder to him to turn to Allaah in repentance and obedience. So, calamities are indeed a mercy for the Believers which expiate their sins.
💠 Calamity is not only when Allaah takes away His favors, rather, the worse calamity is when Allaah bestows His favors while the people are still being ungrateful, because that is a sign that their destruction is near.
{And if We give man a taste of mercy from Us and then We withdraw it from him, indeed, he is despairing and ungrateful.
But if We give him a taste of favor after hardship has touched him, he will surely say: "Bad times have left me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful -
Except for those who are patient and do righteous deeds; those will have forgiveness and great reward.}
