The Community Drop celebrates active onchain involvement, rewarding the efforts that continue to drive Scroll’s growth and innovation. Scroll allocated 55,000,000 SCR tokens (5.5% of the total supply) to participants who have actively contributed to the Scroll ecosystem through their on-chain activities in the Sessions Program.
Out of this allocation, 40,000,000 SCR (4% of the total supply) are proportionally allocated among onchain participants who have accumulated 200 or more Marks as of October 19, 2024, 00:00 UTC (“Snapshot”) (referred to as “eligible onchain participants”).

The Constitutional Court of Montenegro suspended the extradition of former Terraform Labs founder and CEO Do Kwon on Oct. 18, according to local press reports.
