AltLayer informed its community of a change it introduced to the vesting schedule for all stakeholders.
In a strategic move, all stakeholders have agreed to accept a 6-month pause in the vesting schedule following the first unlock on July 25, 2024. Consequently, there will be no new token unlocks for investors, teams, advisors, treasury, and others, for six months (July 26, 2024 — January 24, 2025).
The next unlock will occur on January 25, 2025, with tokens vesting linearly on a monthly basis over a period of 2 years for investors, and for a period of 3 years for the team, advisors, treasury, and others.
