▫️ FTX never implemented liquidations. If a customer was liquidated at price worse than the bankruptcy price, FTX never implemented any system to deal with that loss. Sam and Gary have been working with this in manual mode.
▫️ SBF wanted to include employee Serum in the collateral, to make it appear like Alameda had more collateral than it did.
▫️ SBF put in Serum's staking revenue (about $50 million) to get a nice revenue figure for the entire FTX exchange of over 1 billion for the year.
▫️ SBF pitched the idea of a deal with Telegram to get TON tokens. This would cost $120 million. It should have been much cheaper to create such a system.
